Vault Media Status

Vault Media Status helps you avoid duplicate sends and pricing mistakes by showing the status of vault media directly in DMs before you send it again.

Accessing Vault Media Status

1. Open Fansly.
2. Click the FB button in the top-right corner.
3. Select Tweaks.
4. Enable Vault Media Status if it is not already on.
5. Open a DM conversation and refresh the page once.

• Navigation path: FB -> Tweaks -> Vault Media Status
• Open Tweaks if you need to revisit the setting later.

Vault Media Status Features

Check media status in DM vault rows

When enabled, media in your DM vault can show a colored ring and footer:

• Green: Purchased
• Red: Not purchased
• Blue: Already sent

Hover over a media item to see extra details when available. If a price appears in the footer, it shows the highest price found for that media in that conversation.

Review template media before sending

If you use a DM text template that includes media, Vault Media Status can review that media before you send or schedule it:

1. Open a DM.
2. Open FB in the composer.
3. Select Text Templates.
4. Choose a template that includes media.
5. Continue in the Use Template flow.

Expected result:

• If media was already sent to that fan, you get a warning dialog before final send.
• You can cancel and pick different media, or continue anyway.
• In DMs, template media can also show the same purchased, not purchased, and already sent indicators before you continue.

Troubleshooting

• No status appears on media: Confirm Vault Media Status is enabled in FB > Tweaks, then refresh the page.
• Status is missing on some items: Wait for the check to finish. In larger conversations, some results can appear gradually while the conversation is still being checked.
• A red not purchased status does not appear right away: Wait until the full check finishes. In longer conversations, that status can appear after purchased or already sent results.
• Template warning does not appear: The warning appears only in DM Text Templates flows when the template includes media and that same media was already sent in that conversation.
• Checks take a while in large conversations: Keep the DM open and wait for the status check to finish before deciding what to send.
