Vault Media Status

See at a glance whether a fan has already purchased, received, or been offered a media item from your vault.

Vault Media Status adds clear, color-coded indicators to each item in your DM vault so you can avoid resending content, target upsells, and price confidently. Indicators appear right on the media tiles while you're composing a message, and hovering shows a tooltip with the status and any available prices for that fan.

What It Does

Adds a colored ring and small footer on vault items inside DM conversations when FBuddy has history for that fan
Shows status per fan: Purchased, Sent, or Offered (not purchased)
When available, displays a price badge with the highest price shown for that item with this fan
Helps you pick the right media and price without leaving the compose flow
Hovering a tile reveals a tooltip that shows the status and any recorded prices for that fan when available.

Requirements

FBuddy browser extension installed and enabled
Signed in to your Fansly creator account
Signed in to FBuddy within the extension
Available on all plans
Turned on by default; you can toggle it in Tweaks

Where to Find It

In any DM conversation, open your media vault (the attach-from-vault picker). Badges render directly on each media tile.
To manage the setting: select the FBuddy button in the site header -> Tweaks -> Vault Media Status.

Quick Start

Open Fansly on desktop and sign in to FBuddy.
Open a conversation with a fan.
Open the attach-from-vault picker so the vault grid/list appears.
For media you've sent, offered, or sold to this fan, look for the colored ring and small footer:
- Green ring = Purchased by this fan
- Blue ring = Sent to this fan
- Red ring = Offered to this fan but not purchased (if a priced offer exists)
- A $ amount may appear in the footer when a price is available
- An eye icon appears in the footer for sent items
Hover on desktop to see a tooltip that repeats the status and, when prices are recorded, lists them for this fan.
If you change the toggle in Tweaks, refresh the page to apply it.

Notes and Limits

Works only inside DM conversations (the attach-from-vault picker), not on standalone vault pages.
Items with no prior sends, offers, or purchases for that fan stay unbadged.
Sent status appears with an eye icon but may not show a price if no price was associated with that item for this fan.
If your vault is large, indicators may take a moment to appear while data loads. A brief loading message may appear temporarily.
Status indicators reflect this specific fan's history with each media item.
The red "Offered" ring appears only when an offer price is available; otherwise you may see the Sent indicator for previously offered items.
Tooltips include prices only when price data exists for that fan and media; otherwise you'll see just the status.

Troubleshooting

Not seeing badges
- Ensure you're in a DM conversation with the vault picker open
- Confirm the Vault Media Status toggle is enabled in Tweaks
- Refresh the page after changing the toggle setting
Colors don't match what you expect
- Statuses reflect this specific fan's history with that media item
- Try another conversation to see how statuses differ per fan
Price not shown
- A price badge only appears when a price has been recorded for that media with this fan
- Sent items may show only the eye icon without a price
Loading takes a long time
- Large vaults may take time to process; a loading message can appear while data loads
- Keep the vault picker open while data loads
