Subscriber Statistics
Review current auto-renew rates plus recent churn and earnings by subscription tier.
Subscriber Statistics helps you review the health of each active subscription tier from one place. Use it when you want a quick read on auto-renew, recent churn, and recent earnings before you adjust pricing, messaging, or promotions.

You can open this feature in either location:
- Open Fansly and go to your Subscribers page.
- Find the Subscriber Statistics card above the Subscribers tab navigation.
Or open the same statistics in a popup:

Subscriber Statistics Features
Review renewal health by tier
- Open Subscriber Statistics.
- Review each tier card for the current Renewal rate.
- Compare the supporting counts to understand what is driving the percentage.
Each tier card includes:
- Renewal rate for active subscribers in that tier
- On for subscribers with auto-renew enabled
- Off for subscribers with auto-renew disabled
- Total active subscribers counted in that tier
Use this view to spot tiers where auto-renew is lower than expected right now.
Monitor churn in the last 30 days
- Look at the Churn Rate row on each tier card.
- Compare Churned to see how many subscribers ended in the last 30 days.
- Compare Start Base to understand the estimated size of that tier at the start of the same 30-day window.
Use these values together to see which tiers are losing subscribers faster over the current rolling 30-day period.
Compare earnings by tier
- Review Tier Earnings for the estimated monthly value of the tier based on current subscribers.
- Review Net Earnings for recent earnings matched to that tier from the last 30 days.
- Compare both numbers to see whether recent activity is tracking close to the tier's current monthly value.
Net Earnings can include subscription, tip, and pay-per-view activity from the last 30 days.
Note: Recent earnings are estimates. They can vary slightly from your own records if activity cannot be matched perfectly during the 30-day window.
Troubleshooting
- No active tiers found. You currently do not have any active subscription tiers to analyze.
- Failed to load subscriber statistics. Please try again later. Refresh the page and open Subscriber Statistics again.
- Numbers look lower than expected. Remember that Churn Rate and Net Earnings use a rolling 30-day window, while Renewal rate reflects the current active subscribers in each tier.
