Subscriber Statistics

See renewal, churn, and earnings estimates by subscription tier.

Subscriber Statistics helps you compare subscription tiers at a glance. Use it to see which tiers have the strongest renewal behavior, how much each tier is earning, and whether recent churn needs attention.

Accessing Subscriber Statistics

  1. Open Fansly and go to your Subscribers page.
  2. Find the Subscriber Statistics card near the top of the page.
  3. Review each tier card to compare renewal and earnings details.

You can also open the same view from the FBuddy menu by selecting Subscriber Statistics.

Subscriber Statistics Features

Tier cards

Each active subscription tier appears as its own card. The tier color and name match the tier users see on Fansly, so you can quickly compare tiers without opening each one separately.

Renewal rate

Renewal rate shows how many current subscribers in that tier have auto-renew turned on.

  • On means the subscriber has auto-renew enabled.
  • Off means the subscriber does not have auto-renew enabled.
  • Total is the current subscriber count used for that tier's renewal rate.

Churn rate

Churn Rate shows the share of subscribers from the estimated start-of-period base who expired during the last 30 days.

  • Churned is the number of subscribers counted as expired during the last 30 days.
  • Start Base is the estimated subscriber base used for the churn calculation.

Use this section to spot tiers where recent subscriber loss is higher than expected.

Earnings

Tier Earnings is an estimated monthly amount from current subscribers in that tier. It may vary slightly when subscribers have different billing cycles.

Net Earnings shows earnings connected to that tier from the last 30 days. It can include subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view purchases, and other earnings, so treat it as a practical estimate rather than a final accounting report.
