Subscriber Statistics

Track renewal rates and earnings by subscription tier with a date range you control.

Track renewal rates and earnings by subscription tier with a date range you control.

What It Does

  • Shows each active subscription tier with a color label and name.
  • Calculates the renewal rate by comparing how many subscribers have auto-renew turned on versus off, plus the total count.
  • Estimates Tier Earnings as a monthly amount based on each subscriber's price and billing cycle.
  • Sums Net Earnings for the selected date range, covering subscriptions, tips, and other payments tied to those subscribers.
  • Lets you change the date range (defaults to the last 30 days) and refreshes the numbers after a short load.

Requirements

  • FBuddy installed and signed in.
  • Logged into your Fansly creator account.
  • At least one active subscription tier; inactive tiers will not appear.
  • Wallet history available for the date range you want to review.

Where to Find It

  • Fansly subscribers page: open your Subscribers tab and look for the "Subscriber Statistics" card near the top of the page.
  • FBuddy menu: click the FBuddy button on Fansly, then choose "Subscriber Statistics" to open the same view in a modal.

Quick Start

  1. Open Fansly and go to your Subscribers page while signed in to FBuddy.
  2. Use the date picker in the top-right of the card to choose the period you want (defaults to the last 30 days).
  3. Review each tier's renewal rate, on/off counts, and total subscribers.
  4. Check Tier Earnings for the estimated monthly amount that tier currently brings in.
  5. Check Net Earnings to see how much those subscribers generated during the selected range.
  6. Adjust the dates to compare different periods and spot changes.

What You'll See

  • A line showing the selected date range in your local time.
  • Per-tier cards with the renewal rate percentage, on/off/total counts, Tier Earnings (monthly estimate), and Net Earnings for the chosen range.
  • A notice if no active tiers are found.
  • An error message asking you to try again later if data cannot load temporarily.

Tips & Limits

  • Data uses your current local timezone for start and end dates.
  • Net Earnings rely on available transaction history; numbers may vary slightly from your Fansly totals.
  • Longer date ranges can take a moment to load; keep the tab open while the data refreshes.
  • Renewal rate reflects auto-renew settings of current subscribers, not future charge success.

Troubleshooting

  • Card missing: ensure you are on the Subscribers page, signed into FBuddy, then refresh.
  • "No active tiers found": activate or create a subscription tier, then reopen the page.
  • Numbers look low: expand the date range to include more transactions, then reload the view.
  • Error message: close and reopen Subscriber Statistics or refresh the page to try again.
