Subscriber Statistics Features
Review renewal health by tier
Each tier card shows:
- Renewal rate as a percentage
- On count for subscribers with auto-renew enabled
- Off count for subscribers with auto-renew disabled
- Total active subscribers in that tier
- Values come from currently active subscribers in each tier.
Use this card to identify tiers where auto-renew retention is dropping and may need follow-up messaging or offer changes.
Monitor churn in the last 30 days
Each tier also includes:
- Churn Rate
- Churned count
- Start Base count
All three values are calculated from the last 30 days.
This helps you compare which tiers are losing subscribers faster during the current 30-day window.
Compare earnings by tier
Each tier displays:
- Tier Earnings: estimated monthly earnings for that tier
- Net Earnings: earnings tracked for the last 30 days
- Net earnings include all tracked earnings for the last 30 days, including subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view activity.
Use these numbers together to compare projected tier performance against recent realized results.
Troubleshooting
- No active tiers found. You currently do not have any active subscription tiers to analyze.
- Failed to load subscriber statistics. Please try again later. Refresh the page and open Subscriber Statistics again.
- Numbers look lower than expected. Check again after more subscriber and earnings activity is recorded in your account.
