User Profile

View fan details, notes, tags, pinned messages, and quick context from a Fansly DM conversation.

User Profile adds an FBuddy panel to Fansly DM conversations so you can keep useful fan context close while replying. Use it to review subscription details, earnings, notes, tags, local time, community report context, and pinned messages for the fan you are chatting with.

Accessing User Profile

  1. Open Fansly and go to a DM conversation.
  2. Look for the User Profile panel on the right side of the conversation.
  3. On smaller screens, click the left-chevron profile button to open the profile panel.

User Profile is on by default. To hide or restore it, open FBuddy icon > Tweaks > FBuddy Features and use User Profile.

What You Can See

The panel starts with the fan's display name, username, last seen time, and bio when available.

The Details section can show:

  • Age and Location when you have saved them.
  • Sub Status, Sub Tier, Renewal, and Subbed For for subscription context.
  • Net Earnings and Gross Earnings for that fan.
  • Avg. PPV Price and PPV Buy Ratio when FBuddy has enough purchase history to calculate them.
  • Following Since when that information is available.
  • Current time after you save a timezone for the fan.

Some values may show N/A, None, Not set, or $0.00 when the fan has no matching information yet.

Community Reports

The Community Reports section appears in the User Profile panel. Sign in to view available community context, click Show Reports for the full report history, or use Report Timewaster and Report Inaccuracy from the card.

Save Fan Details

Saving fan details requires an active Pro subscription.

  1. Open the fan's DM conversation.
  2. Open the User Profile panel.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Enter the details you want to keep, such as Age, Location, Tags, Notes, or Select timezone....
  5. Click Save.

After saving, the panel updates for that fan. Saved tags and notes can help you keep track of preferences, requests, boundaries, or other context you want to remember before replying.

Notes and Tags

Use Tags for short labels you want to scan quickly, such as interests or customer categories. In edit mode, use Add a tag to add tags.

Use Notes for longer context. In edit mode, select Add notes about this fan..., enter your note, then click Save.

If you use Fansly notes too, Auto Append Fansly Notes can merge Fansly notes into the FBuddy notes view when you open a profile.

To change that setting:

  1. Open FBuddy icon > Tweaks > FBuddy Features.
  2. Make sure User Profile is enabled.
  3. Use Auto Append Fansly Notes.

Auto Append Fansly Notes requires an active Pro subscription.

Pinned Messages

The Pinned Messages section shows text messages you pinned from that fan's DM conversation.

  1. Open the fan's User Profile panel.
  2. Scroll to Pinned Messages.
  3. Use Search pinned messages... to filter saved messages by text.
  4. Click the trash button on a pinned message when you no longer need it.

Pinned Messages is a Pro feature. See Message Pinning for how to pin messages from a conversation.

Troubleshooting

  • The panel is missing: Open FBuddy icon > Tweaks > FBuddy Features, make sure User Profile is enabled, then refresh Fansly.
  • You see "User Not Found": Refresh the conversation after the fan's DM has fully loaded. The fan may also no longer be available.
  • Edit is disabled: Sign in with an account that has an active Pro subscription.
  • A detail shows "N/A" or "Not set": FBuddy does not have that information for this fan yet, or you have not saved it.
  • Pinned Messages says "Pro feature - Upgrade to use": Sign in with a Pro account to view and manage pinned messages.
