Custom List Builder

Use Custom List Builder to create a regular Fansly list from custom fan conditions. You can build conditions from tips or spends across a date range, then add matching fans to an existing list or a new list in one run.

Accessing Custom List Builder

1. Open the Fansly Lists page.
2. In the top-right header area, click the FBuddy icon.
3. In the menu, select Custom List Builder.
4. The Custom List Builder modal opens.

Build a list from conditions

Add conditions

1. The modal opens on Group 1.
2. Click New condition to open the condition editor.
3. Pick a condition type:
   • Total amount tipped over time
   • Total amount spent over time
4. Choose a date range using the calendar control.
5. Choose an amount rule:
   • At least
   • At most
   • Between
6. Enter amounts.
7. Click Save Condition to add it to the group.

Combine rules

1. Add more conditions inside the same group when a fan must meet all of them.
2. Click Add New to create another group when a fan can match any group.
3. The logic is shown in plain text:
   • Conditions inside a group are an AND
   • Different groups are an OR

Choose where to save matches

1. Pick where to save results:
   • Select Existing list and then pick a list from Choose a list.
   • Select Create new list and enter a List name.
   • If you have no existing lists, Create new list is selected automatically.
2. Click Create List.
3. Wait for the result banner:
   • Matched X fan(s) and added Y to List Name. means the run succeeded.
   • Failed to add Y fan(s). means some users could not be added during this run.
   • No fans matched the selected conditions. means no one met your filters.
   • While running, you may briefly see status text:
     • Analyzing wallet transactions...
     • Matching fans against your conditions...
     • Creating the target list...
     • Adding matching fans to the list...

These are normal Fansly lists, not smart lists.

Important notes

• This feature is currently Pro-only.
• Create List is disabled until you add at least one valid condition and choose either a destination list or a new list name.
• For larger wallets, the run can take longer and show status text while it scans your wallet transactions.
• These lists are created in Fansly, so standard list permissions and limits apply there.

Settings that affect this feature

• If the menu option is missing from the FBuddy icon menu, open Tweaks and enable Custom List Builder under FBuddy Features.

Troubleshooting

• No FBuddy icon or menu entry appears on the Lists page: open FBuddy icon > Tweaks and enable Custom List Builder.
• The feature does not run: if you are on a free account, the modal shows a Pro upgrade notice and controls are unavailable.
• Create List is disabled: add a valid condition, then choose Existing list with a selected list or Create new list with a list name.
• No fans were added: widen the date range or lower your amount thresholds, then run again.
