Custom List Builder

Create regular Fansly lists from custom tip and spend conditions, then save matching fans in one click.

Use Custom List Builder to create a standard Fansly list from your own tip and spend rules. It scans fan wallet activity in your selected date range(s), then adds matching fans to one destination list in a single run.

Accessing Custom List Builder

  1. Open the Fansly Lists page.
  2. In the top-right area of the page, click the FBuddy icon.
  3. In the menu, select Custom List Builder.
  4. The Custom List Builder modal opens with Group 1 visible and shows No conditions yet. until you add your first rule.

Build a list from conditions

Add conditions

  1. Click New condition to open the condition editor.
  2. Pick a condition type:
    • Total amount tipped over time
    • Total amount spent over time
  3. Pick a date range with the calendar control.
  4. Choose an amount rule:
    • At least
    • At most
    • Between
  5. Enter a valid amount greater than 0.
  6. If you choose Between, enter both Minimum and Maximum.
  7. Maximum amount must be greater than minimum amount.
  8. Click Save Condition.

Combine rules

  1. Add more conditions in the same group when a fan must satisfy all of them.
  2. Click Add New to create another group when a fan can satisfy any one group.
  3. The interface shows this directly:
    • Conditions in one group are AND.
    • Separate groups are OR.
  4. Remove a condition or group from the same control area if the selection is too broad or too strict.

Choose where to save matches

  1. Pick your destination.

    • Pick a list from Choose a list.
  3. To create a new list:
    • Select Create new list.
    • Enter a List name.
  4. Click Create List.
  5. Watch the result message:
    • Analyzing wallet transactions...

    • Creating the target list...
    • Adding matching fans to the list...
    • No fans matched the selected conditions.
    • Matched X fan(s) and added Y to [list name].
    • Matched X fan(s), added Y to [list name], and failed to add Z fan(s).
    • If list loading is slow, you may see Loading lists... first.
    • If you have no list to choose, you will see No existing lists found. Create a new list instead.

These are standard Fansly lists, not smart lists.

Important notes

  • This feature is Pro-only.
  • Signed-out users and free users see a paid-plan notice and cannot run a query from this modal.
  • Create List is disabled until you add at least one valid condition and choose either a destination list or a new list name.
  • If there are no available lists, the modal encourages you to use Create new list instead.
  • For larger wallets, the run can take longer and the status text updates while it scans transactions.
  • These lists are created in Fansly, so standard list permissions and limits apply there.

Settings that affect this feature

  • If the menu option is missing from the FBuddy icon menu, open FBuddy icon > Tweaks > FBuddy Features and enable Custom List Builder.

Troubleshooting

  • No FBuddy icon or menu entry appears on the Lists page: open FBuddy icon > Tweaks > FBuddy Features and enable Custom List Builder.
  • No result message appears after clicking Create List: wait for the status text to finish, then check for one of the result states shown above. If it still hangs, close and reopen the modal and run again.
  • The feature does not run: if you are not on Pro, the modal shows a paid-plan notice and the Create List action is unavailable.
  • Create List is disabled: add at least one valid condition and choose either Existing list with a selected list or Create new list with a name.
  • No fans were added: check for either No fans matched the selected conditions. or Matched X fan(s), added 0 to [list name], and failed to add Z fan(s). then widen the date range, lower thresholds, or check list access.
  • No list options show up in Existing list: choose Create new list and enter a new name.
  • You saw “Something went wrong while building the list from your conditions.”: no changes were made for that run. Keep your conditions and destination, then try again.
