Custom List Builder

Create custom lists from wallet activity so you can group fans for campaigns, outreach, and follow-up work.

Accessing Custom List Builder

1. Open Fansly and go to Lists.
2. In the Lists header area, click the FB menu (the FBuddy icon).
3. Click Custom List Builder.

Note: If the item does not appear, open FBuddy > Tweaks, enable Custom List Builder, then reopen the Lists page.

Custom List Builder Features

Build matching rules

1. The modal opens with Group 1.
2. Click New condition inside the group.
3. In Add Rule:
   • Choose Condition:
     • Total amount tipped over time
     • Total amount spent over time
   • Set the Date range.
   • Choose the rule operator:
     • At least
     • At most
     • Between
   • Enter one amount for At least/At most.
   • Enter both amounts for Between.
4. Click Save Rule.
5. Repeat for additional rules. Use Edit rule and Remove rule as needed.
6. Click Add New to add another group when you want OR logic between sets of rules.

Rule behavior

• Conditions inside one group use AND logic.
• Separate groups use OR logic.
• In each group, at least one complete rule is required before Create List From Rules is enabled.
• Select an existing list or type a new list name before submitting.
• You must enter a valid amount (and valid minimum/maximum for Between) for each rule.

Where matching fans are added

1. Choose your mode in Destination:
   • Click Existing list and select a list from Choose a list, or
   • Click Create new list and type a List name.
   • If no lists are available, the feature stays on Create new list automatically.
2. Click Create List From Rules.

Expected result:

• A new or existing list is populated with fans who match your rules.
• A success summary appears with matched and added counts.
• If some adds fail, the summary shows how many failed; you can retry after the issue is resolved.
• Lists created here are normal lists, not smart lists.

Troubleshooting

• No fans matched the selected rules.: Expand the date range, lower thresholds, or simplify your conditions.
• Unable to load lists.: Reopen the modal or refresh the page and try again.
• Something went wrong while building the list from your rules.: Retry in a moment.
• Matched X fans and added 0...: Verify list permissions and retry; partial failures can be retried.
• Create List From Rules is disabled: Finish at least one rule in each active group, and ensure a destination is selected or entered.
• No results returned: Check whether you entered amounts in USD format (for example 50.00) and that your date range is set to match your audience window.
