Scheduled Post Mass Unschedule

Cancel multiple scheduled posts at once by selecting a date range in your Scheduled Post Queue.

Scheduled Post Mass Unschedule helps you quickly clear planned content when your schedule changes, without canceling each post one by one.

Accessing Scheduled Post Mass Unschedule

  1. Open Fansly and go to Scheduled Post Queue.
  2. In the page header area, click Mass Unschedule.

If you do not see the button:

  1. Open the FBuddy extension menu.
  2. Open Tweaks.
  3. Enable Scheduled Post Mass Unschedule.
  4. Return to Scheduled Post Queue and refresh the page.
  5. Open Mass Unschedule from the page header.

Scheduled Post Mass Unschedule Features

Cancel posts in a selected time range

  1. Click Mass Unschedule.
  2. In Time range, choose a start date and end date.
  3. Review the match count shown in the modal.
  4. Click Unschedule.
  • Expected result: Matching active scheduled posts in that date range are unscheduled.
  • Expected confirmation: A success notice appears with the count, for example, 3 posts unscheduled.

Refresh before you confirm

  1. Open the modal.
  2. Click Refresh posts to reload the latest scheduled post list.
  3. Confirm the updated match count, then click Unschedule.
  • Expected result: the action uses the latest scheduled post data visible in the modal.
  • Expected confirmation: you can see Scheduled posts refreshed. and an updated match count.

Troubleshooting

  • "Unable to load scheduled posts. Please try again.": Click Refresh posts. If the error continues, refresh Fansly and open the modal again.
  • "Please pick a date range.": Click Time range and choose both a start and end date.
  • "Please select a valid date range.": Re-pick both dates in Time range.
  • "End date must be on or after the start date.": Move the end date to the same day or a later day.
  • "No scheduled posts found in the selected time range.": Expand the date range or confirm posts are still active in Scheduled Post Queue.
  • {n} posts failed to unschedule. Please try again.: Click Refresh posts and run Mass Unschedule again for the same range.
