Scheduled Post Mass Unschedule

Cancel multiple scheduled Fansly posts at once by choosing a date range.

Scheduled Post Mass Unschedule adds a Mass Unschedule button to your Fansly Scheduled Post Queue. Use it when you need to cancel several scheduled posts without opening each post one by one.

Accessing Scheduled Post Mass Unschedule

  1. Open Fansly and go to your Scheduled Post Queue.
  2. Click Mass Unschedule near the Scheduled Post Queue page title.
  3. The Mass Unschedule window opens and shows Active scheduled posts plus the number of posts that match the selected range.

This feature is on by default. To hide or restore the button, open FBuddy icon > Tweaks and change Scheduled Post Mass Unschedule.

Unschedule Posts in a Date Range

  1. Click Mass Unschedule.
  2. Under Time range, keep the default Next 7 days range or choose another preset such as Next 30 days, Next 90 days, Next 6 months, Rest of month, or Rest of year.
  3. To choose exact dates, click the date field and select a custom start and end date.
  4. Check the matching post count shown below the date picker.
  5. Click Unschedule 3 posts or the matching count shown on your button to cancel every matching scheduled post.

After the action finishes, FBuddy shows how many posts were unscheduled. If every selected post is canceled successfully, the window closes.

Important Notes

  • Only active scheduled posts that fall inside the selected date range are included.
  • The end date is included, so a post scheduled any time on that day can be matched.
  • The unschedule button stays disabled until the selected range contains at least one matching post.
  • Use Refresh posts if you changed your queue recently and want FBuddy to load the latest scheduled posts before unscheduling.

Troubleshooting

  • The Mass Unschedule button is missing: Open FBuddy icon > Tweaks and make sure Scheduled Post Mass Unschedule is enabled. Then refresh the Fansly Scheduled Post Queue.
  • The matching count is zero: Choose a different future date range or click Refresh posts to reload your current scheduled posts.
  • You see End date must be on or after the start date.: Select an end date that is the same as or later than the start date.
  • You see Unable to load scheduled posts. Please try again.: Click Refresh posts. If it still fails, refresh the Fansly page and try again.
  • Some posts failed to unschedule: Try the same date range again. Posts that were already changed or removed may no longer be available to cancel.
