Scheduled Post Mass Unschedule

Cancel many scheduled posts at once by selecting a date range.

Cancel many scheduled posts at once from the Scheduled Post Queue. Pick a date range, see how many posts match, and unschedule them in one click.

What It Does

  • Adds a Mass Unschedule button on the Scheduled Post Queue page
  • Lets you choose a date range and shows how many scheduled posts match
  • Unschedules all matching posts in one action
  • Includes a Refresh posts button to update the count before you confirm

Requirements

  • FBuddy extension installed and you're signed in
  • Access to your Scheduled Post Queue
  • Feature toggle enabled in FBuddy -> Tweaks (on by default): "Scheduled Post Mass Unschedule"

Where to Find It

  • Open Fansly -> Scheduled Post Queue. The Mass Unschedule button appears next to the page title.
  • To enable or disable, click the FB button (top-right) -> Tweaks -> Scheduled Post Mass Unschedule.

Quick Start

  1. Go to your Scheduled Post Queue.
  2. Click Mass Unschedule.
  3. Choose a date range
    • Use presets like Next 7 days, Next 30 days, Next 90 days, Next 6 months, Rest of month, Rest of year, or pick custom dates.
    • The number of matching posts appears below the picker.
  4. (Optional) Click Refresh posts to pull the latest scheduled items.
  5. Click Unschedule to cancel all matching posts.

Tips

  • Start with a shorter preset (for example, Next 7 days) to confirm the selection before unscheduling a larger range.
  • If you schedule or cancel posts in another tab, use Refresh posts to update the count.
  • When you open Mass Unschedule, it refreshes scheduled posts if the last fetch was more than 1 minute ago; if you keep it open and make changes elsewhere, click Refresh posts.

Limits & Notes

  • Only posts that are still scheduled are affected; sent or already-canceled posts are ignored.
  • The date range uses your device's local time and includes the entire end date.
  • The end date must be on or after the start date; otherwise Unschedule stays disabled.
  • Unscheduling removes those items from your upcoming schedule. You can reschedule them later if needed.

Troubleshooting

  • Button not visible: Make sure you're on the Scheduled Post Queue page and the toggle is on (FB -> Tweaks -> Scheduled Post Mass Unschedule). Refresh the page after changing the toggle.
  • Zero matching posts: Pick a different date range or click Refresh posts to update the list.
  • Some posts didn't unschedule: Try again after refreshing. If it continues, unschedule the remaining items individually from the Scheduled Post Queue.
