Export Top Spenders Data

Export your top spending Fansly supporters to a CSV file for a selected date range.

Export Top Spenders Data creates a CSV of your top supporting fans ranked by spending in a selected date range. Use it to review your highest spenders in a spreadsheet, compare spending changes over time, or keep a simple offline record.

Accessing Export Top Spenders Data

You can export from the Top Supporters page on Fansly:

  1. Open Fansly while FBuddy is enabled.
  2. Go to Top Supporters.
  3. Click the FBuddy icon button near the Top Supporters date picker.
  4. Click Export Top Spenders Data.

If you have access to the Top Spenders header panel, you can also export from there:

  1. Click the Top Spenders trophy/count badge in the header.
  2. In the Top Spenders panel, click the Download icon (its tooltip is Export Top Spenders Data).
  3. The Export Top Spenders Data modal opens.

Exporting a CSV

  1. In the Export Top Spenders Data modal, choose a Date range using a preset or the calendar.
  2. Click Export Top Spenders Data.
  3. If you have matches, the CSV download starts. If no rows match, you will see: No top spenders found for the selected date range.
  4. Wait for the download to finish.

The downloaded file is a CSV named with top-spenders and a timestamp, like top-spenders-YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.csv. You can open it in a spreadsheet app.

What's Included

The CSV includes one row per included spender, ranked by total net spending for the selected date range.

Columns include:

  • Rank
  • Display Name
  • Username
  • User ID
  • Total Gross USD
  • Total Net USD

Settings That Affect This Feature

The Top Supporters Dropdown setting controls whether the FBuddy dropdown appears on the Fansly Top Supporters page.

  1. Open the FBuddy menu.
  2. Click Tweaks.
  3. Find Top Supporters Dropdown.
  4. Turn it on to show the dropdown on the Top Supporters page, or turn it off to hide it. This setting is on by default.

The Top Spenders setting controls whether the header Top Spenders panel appears. The header export option is available when you have access to that panel and the setting is turned on.

Important Notes

  • Date range: The modal opens with the full earnings range available in FBuddy, from the earliest available date through today. You can narrow it before exporting.
  • Currency: Gross and net totals are shown in USD.
  • Missing fans: Blocked users, deleted accounts, or fans that cannot be loaded may be left out of the export.
  • Panel requirement: The header Top Spenders export path requires the Top Spenders header panel to be enabled.

Troubleshooting

  • The FBuddy dropdown is missing on Top Supporters: Open Tweaks and make sure Top Supporters Dropdown is turned on, then refresh Fansly.
  • The header Top Spenders panel is missing: Open Tweaks and make sure Top Spenders is turned on. Top Spenders is a Pro feature, so upgrade if your plan does not include it.
  • You see "No top spenders found for the selected date range.": Choose a wider date range and try again.
