Earnings Report

Review earnings by source, fan, subscription tier, and paid content for the date ranges you care about.

Earnings Report helps you review where your revenue came from and identify the biggest drivers of income for a selected period.

Accessing Earnings Report

  1. Open Fansly with the extension enabled.
  2. Click the FBuddy icon in the top-right header.
  3. Select Earnings Report.

If Earnings Report does not appear in the FBuddy menu:

  1. Open Tweaks.
  2. Turn on Earnings Report.
  3. Refresh Fansly so the page re-renders the feature.
  • This feature is available to Pro users only.
  • You can also open the in-page summary from Earnings > Wallet when the toggle is enabled.

Earnings Report Features

Open the summary panel on the Earnings page

  1. Open Fansly and go to Earnings > Wallet.
  2. In the Earnings Report card, review the summary metrics:
    • Net Earnings
    • Subscription Earnings
    • Tip Earnings
    • Media Earnings
  3. Click Open Earnings Report to load the full report.

If you do not see the panel on the Earnings page, confirm the toggle is enabled in Tweaks.

Open the full report dialog

  1. Open Earnings Report from the FBuddy menu, or click Open Earnings Report in the in-page summary card.
  2. Review the Overview tab and then switch to one of the other tabs:
    • Subscriptions
    • Fans
    • Content
    • Diagnostics
  3. Use the date selector in the dialog header to choose a date range:
    • Quick preset options: Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, Last 1 year, Last 2 years, Last 3 years
    • Monthly ranges labeled like <Month Year> for the current month through the last 3 years; you can select one or more months.
    • Selecting a quick preset replaces month selections, and selecting a month selection replaces quick preset selections.

Expected result:

  • Totals and tab values refresh for the selected ranges.

Read the revenue breakdown

Use the Overview tab to compare top-level source fields.

Review subscriptions, fans, and paid content

  1. Open Subscriptions to see tier-level net, total subscribers, renew-on/renew-off counts, and estimated MRR.
  2. Open Fans to review:
    • Top Fans (overall earnings by fan)
    • Top Tippers (tip-only ranking)
    • Top Subscribers (fans who bought or renewed in the range)
  3. Open Content to review paid media and media bundle rankings by net amount and buyer count.
  4. If the list is longer than the first visible block, click Show more (n remaining).

Use diagnostics when values look unexpected

  1. Open Diagnostics.
  2. Use this tab when totals seem off to check data coverage:
    • Fetched Pages
    • Fetched Transactions
    • Cached Transactions
    • Loaded From Cache
  3. Review scan details for Excluded outgoing, Excluded by status, Unresolved subscriptions, and Unresolved content.
  4. Check the Unknown type table for unresolved transaction categories.

Troubleshooting

  • Pro access notice only: This feature is disabled for free users. Upgrade to Pro to use it.
  • I do not see the panel in Earnings > Wallet: Open Tweaks, enable Earnings Report, and refresh Fansly.
  • I see a load error in the panel or dialog: Open the report again, or click Refresh Earnings Report on the in-page summary, then try again.
  • Values look lower than expected: Verify your selected ranges and use Diagnostics to compare Fetched Transactions, cache usage, and unresolved/excluded counts.
