Message Statistics
Track agency direct and mass message activity with filters for sender, account, type, price, attachments, content, and recipient.
Message Statistics helps agency owners and admins review sending activity in one place. Use it when you want to audit recent messages, compare paid vs free volume, or narrow down specific message patterns.
Accessing Message Statistics
- Open
Dashboard > Agencies. - Open the agency you want to review.
- Click Open Message Statistics on the agency page.
- If you are already inside the agency workspace, you can also open Message Statistics from the agency sidebar.
Note: Only agency owners and admins can access Message Statistics.
Message Statistics Features
Enable message logging
- Open Message Statistics.
- Find the Message activity card.
- Use the Message logging switch to turn tracking on for the agency.
Expected result:
- The page switches from the disabled state to the reporting views.
- New message activity is recorded while logging is enabled.
- If logging is off, new messages are not recorded until you turn logging back on.
Review summary metrics
At the top of the page, the summary cards show:
- Total messages
- Paid messages
- Free messages
Review summary trends
- Open the Summary tab.
- Choose Daily, Weekly, or Monthly to group the data.
- Use the Period and Member filters to narrow the summary.
Expected result:
- The table updates to show the selected time period and team member totals.
- You can compare Total messages and PPV messages for each row.
- You can click Export CSV to download the current summary view.
Filter and analyze message logs
- Open the Messages tab.
- Use the table header filters to narrow results:
- Sent: Choose a preset range or set a custom date range with start and end times.
- Sender: Agency member who sent the message.
- Fansly account: Account used to send the message.
- Type: Paid or Free.
- Price: Set minimum and maximum values, and optionally limit results to messages with a price.
- Attachments: Filter by attachment count or only messages with attachments.
- Content: Match text in the message body.
- Recipient: Filter by Direct message or Mass message, or search for a specific recipient username.
- Click Apply in each filter popover.
- Use Clear inside a filter to reset that one filter.
- Use Clear all filters above the table to reset every filter at once.
Read the message table
Each row shows:
- Sent date and time
- Sender
- Fansly account
- Message type
- Price
- Attachment count
- Content preview
- Recipient
Use Previous and Next to move between pages when there are more results.
- Each page shows up to 50 rows.
Note: The page shows the current range and total as Showing X-Y of Z.
Troubleshooting
- I cannot see Message Statistics in the sidebar: Confirm you are in the agency context as an owner or admin.
- I see "Message logging is disabled.": Turn on Message logging in the Message activity card. The Summary and Messages tabs appear again after logging is enabled.
- The table shows "No messages found.": Broaden your Sent range, or clear filters and then re-check the same period.
- A message I sent is missing: Confirm message logging was enabled at send time and verify filters such as sender, type, or recipient.
