Summary Cards
The top of the page shows three quick totals for the selected data:
- Total messages
- Paid messages
- Free messages
These cards update when you change filters or the selected time range.
Summary Tab
The Summary tab is the default view for reviewing trends.

Messages Tab
The Messages tab shows individual logged messages. Each row can include:
- Sent
- Sender
- Fansly account
- Type
- Price
- Attachments
- Content
- Recipient
Use the column filters to narrow the table:
- Sent: choose a preset such as Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 6 months, or Last year, or select a custom range and times.
- Sender: search and select team members.

Use Previous and Next at the bottom of the table to move through additional pages when there are more logged messages than fit on one page.
Reviewing Message Content
Long message text is shortened in the table so the row stays readable. Use the expand button in the Content column to view the full message text, then collapse it when you are done.
For direct messages, the Recipient column can show the recipient name. Mass messages show Mass message instead.
