Message Statistics
Track agency direct and mass message activity with filters for sender, account, type, price, attachments, content, and recipient.
Message Statistics helps agency admins review sending activity in one place. Use it when you want to audit recent messages, compare paid vs free volume, or narrow down specific message patterns.
Accessing Message Statistics
- Open the dashboard.
- Switch to your agency context.
- In the agency sidebar, click Message Statistics.
Note: Only agency owners and admins can open this page.
Message Statistics Features
Enable message logging
- Open Message Statistics.
- In the Messages card, turn on Message logging.
Expected result:
- New message activity is recorded for this agency and appears in the table.
- If logging is off, the page keeps previously recorded data but does not record new messages.
Review summary metrics
At the top of the page, you can quickly check:
- Total messages
- Paid messages
- Free messages
Filter and analyze message logs
Use the table header filters to narrow results:
- Sent: Presets like last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, last year, or a custom date/time range.
- Sender: Agency member who sent the message.
- Fansly account: Sending account.
- Type: Paid or Free.
- Price: Set minimum/maximum values and optionally require priced messages.
- Attachments: Filter by attachment count or only messages with attachments.
- Content: Match text contained in message content.
- Recipient: Filter by direct vs mass message mode and by recipient username.
After selecting filters, click Apply in each filter popover. Use Clear inside a filter to reset that filter, or Clear all filters above the table to reset everything.
Read the message table
Each row shows:
- Sent date and time
- Sender
- Fansly account
- Message type
- Price
- Attachment count
- Content preview
- Recipient (direct recipient or mass message)
Use Previous and Next to move between pages when there are more results.
Troubleshooting
- I cannot see Message Statistics in the sidebar: Your agency role is not owner/admin, or you are not in an agency context.
- I see "Message logging is disabled.": Turn on Message logging first to start recording new activity.
- The table shows "No messages found.": Broaden your Sent range or clear filters to confirm whether data exists for that period.
- A message I sent is missing: Confirm logging was enabled at send time and check filters like sender, type, or recipient.
