Message Pinning

Message Pinning lets you save important text messages from a Fansly DM conversation and view them later from that fan's User Profile panel. Use it for preferences, custom requests, dates, or notes you want to keep close while chatting.

Where to Find It

1. Open Fansly and go to a DM conversation.
2. Find a text message you want to keep.
3. Hover over the message and click the thumbtack button labeled [FBuddy] Pin this message.
4. Open the fan's User Profile panel in the same conversation.
5. Look for the Pinned Messages section.

Message Pinning is on by default for Pro users. To hide or restore the pin buttons, open FBuddy icon > Tweaks > FBuddy Features and use Message Pinning.

Pin a Message

1. Open the DM conversation for the fan.
2. Hover over a text message from you or the fan.
3. Click the thumbtack button.
4. Wait for Message pinned successfully.

Pinned messages appear only for that fan's conversation. Each pinned item shows whether it came from You or the Fan, the saved message text, and when it was pinned.

Find and Remove Pinned Messages

1. Open the fan's User Profile panel from their DM conversation.
2. Scroll to Pinned Messages.
3. Use Search pinned messages... to filter saved messages by text.
4. Click the trash button on a pinned message when you no longer need it.

After you remove a pinned message, FBuddy shows Message unpinned and removes it from the list.

Important Notes

• Pro feature: Pinning messages requires a Pro subscription.
• Text messages only: The pin button appears on messages that contain text. Media-only messages cannot be pinned.
• No duplicate pins: If the same message is already saved, FBuddy shows This message is already pinned.
• Per fan: Pinned messages stay with the fan conversation where you pinned them.

Troubleshooting

• The thumbtack button is missing: Make sure you are signed in with a Pro account. Then open FBuddy icon > Tweaks > FBuddy Features, make sure Message Pinning is enabled, and refresh Fansly.
• Pinned Messages says "Pro feature - Upgrade to use": Upgrade to Pro or sign in with a Pro account.
• You see "Could not determine fan account": Refresh the conversation and try again after the fan's DM has fully loaded.
• Search shows no results: Clear or change the text in Search pinned messages....
