Questions

How do subscription slots work and how do I increase my limit?

Subscription slots control how many Fansly accounts can be active with FBuddy at the same time.

  • Free plan: up to two active Fansly accounts.
  • Pro plan: your subscription quantity (seats) determines your slots (each seat adds 2 active account slots; for example, quantity 1 = 2 slots, quantity 2 = 4 slots).
  • Agencies: the agency owner's active Pro subscription determines the shared slot pool for all agency members.

You can see your current usage in your FBuddy dashboard:

  • For your personal account, open Dashboard > Fansly Accounts. The header shows active, total, and Max when a limit applies.
  • For agencies, go to Dashboard > Agencies, choose your agency, and open Agency Fansly Accounts. It shows Active / Total and a Max value when a limit applies. If Max is missing or 0, the owner needs an active Pro subscription.

When you reach your limit, the Activate button is disabled (you may see "Activation limit reached"). At that point, you can either deactivate another account to free a slot or increase your subscription quantity (seats).

To increase your slot limit:

  1. Sign in to your FBuddy dashboard and open Profile.
  2. If you are on Free, upgrade in the Upgrade to FBuddy Pro section (you must have at least one linked Fansly account). During checkout, set Quantity to the number of seats you need.
  3. If you are already on Pro, open Dashboard > Billing and select Manage Payment Options, then adjust Quantity (seats).
  4. Return to Dashboard > Fansly Accounts; after a short delay, the Max value updates and you can activate additional accounts.

Note: If you use an agency subscription, update slots from the agency owner's Billing page, then return to the agency's Fansly Accounts page.
