Questions
How do subscription slots work and how do I increase my limit?
Subscription slots control how many Fansly accounts can be active at the same time in FBuddy.
- Free plan: up to 2 active Fansly accounts.
- Pro plan: your subscription Quantity determines your slot count. Each seat adds 2 active account slots.
- Quantity 1 = 2 slots.
- Quantity 2 = 4 slots.
- Agencies: the active agency owner's Pro subscription determines the shared slot pool for the agency.
You can check your current usage in the dashboard:
- Open Dashboard > Fansly Accounts to view personal usage. The header shows
Active / TotalandMax. - For agencies, open Dashboard > Agencies, select your agency, then open Agency Fansly Accounts. The header shows
Active / Totaland Max when seats are available. If Max is0, the agency owner does not currently have an active Pro seat allocation.
When you reach your limit, the Activate action is disabled and you will see a limit-reached message.
At that point, either deactivate an active account to free a slot or increase your subscription quantity (seats).
To increase your slot limit:
- Sign in to FBuddy and open Dashboard > Profile.
- If you are on the free plan, start the Upgrade to FBuddy Pro flow, then set the required Quantity.
- If you are already on Pro, open Dashboard > Billing > Manage Payment Options.
- In the billing portal, increase Quantity and confirm the update.
- Return to Dashboard > Fansly Accounts (personal) or Dashboard > Agencies > [Agency] > Agency Fansly Accounts (agency). After a short delay, the new Max appears and you can activate more accounts.
Note: If you use an agency subscription, update seats from the agency owner's Dashboard > Billing page, then return to that agency's Agency Fansly Accounts page.
