Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently asked questions for installing FBuddy, connecting your account, finding tools, and troubleshooting common setup issues.
FBuddy is a browser toolset for creators that runs inside Fansly. This page answers the most common questions about getting started, finding features, and fixing issues that are visible to customers.
What is FBuddy?
FBuddy adds optional helper tools directly inside Fansly, such as:
- quick actions on messages and posts,
- reporting and statistics panels,
- extra productivity toggles to keep your workspace cleaner.
You interact with FBuddy mostly through the FBuddy icon in Fansly and the popup/account screens it opens.
Where can I install FBuddy?
- Open your browser's extension store for your browser.
- Search for FBuddy and install the official extension.
- Open Fansly in the same browser after installation.

How do I open FBuddy and sign in?
- Open Fansly.
- In the top bar, click the FBuddy icon.
- In the popup, click Sign In if you already have an FBuddy account, or Create Account if you do not.
- If you are signed in, you will see your plan label and account email in the popup.
If you only need account settings (plan, billing, or profile), open Account > Settings, then click Open Account Dashboard.
Where are FBuddy features located?
- Open Fansly.
- Click the FBuddy icon in the top bar.
- Choose the feature from the menu, for example:
- FYP Analytics Dashboard
- Media Performance
- Earnings Report
- Mass Direct Message
- Auto Messages
- Smart Lists
- Story Scheduler
- Bulk Posts
You can open feature-level help from the Documentation page or feature links from many tools.
How do I control FBuddy visibility and behavior?
- Open FBuddy from the top bar and choose Tweaks.
- In FBuddy Features:
- turn specific feature toggles on/off,
- expand related settings for options like sorting, lists, or extra controls.
- In Fansly UI Tweaks:
- hide or adjust UI elements like chat and feed distractions.
After enabling or disabling options, refresh the page so the new UI can load cleanly.
Are all features free?
Some tools are available to all signed-in users, and some are marked as upgrade-only.
- In the popup, your plan area shows whether your account is Free, PRO, or CRM.
- In Tweaks, features marked as premium only show upgrade behavior for users without paid extension access.
- If you do not see one feature, check that your account has the required access and refresh after signing in.
Why do I not see the FBuddy icon or menus?
- Make sure you are on a Fansly page and the extension is enabled in your browser.
- Make sure you are using a creator Fansly account. FBuddy is a creator workflow tool.
- Open a new Fansly tab or refresh the page after installing or changing settings.
- If you were signed in as a non-creator account, switch to a creator account and reopen Fansly.
Why are some tools slow or not showing updates?
- The first-time load can take a few seconds after login because FBuddy reads your page state.
- Keep a Fansly tab open if a feature depends on regular page activity.
- For export or list-based actions, wait for the feature panel to finish loading before immediately repeating the action.
How can I get support?
- Click FBuddy icon > Support.
- Choose Email, Discord, or Discord Server.
- For account and billing questions, open FBuddy icon > Account > Settings.
- For help pages, open FBuddy icon > Documentation.
If you report a bug, include:
- browser name and version,
- date/time when it happened,
- what feature you opened,
- what you clicked before the issue.
