Story Scheduler

Schedule story posts ahead of time, manage your queue, and review posted or skipped stories in one place.

Story Scheduler helps you plan story posts in advance so you can keep publishing on time while staying in control of what is queued, posted, or missed.

Accessing Story Scheduler

  • Open the FB menu in the top-right corner of Fansly, then click Story Scheduler.
  • Optional quick access: enable Story Scheduler Menu in FB > Tweaks, then open Story Scheduler from the FB button in the Stories bar.

  1. Open Story Scheduler.
  2. In the Queue tab, click New Story.
  3. Select one media item.
  4. Set the Go live time.
  5. Click Schedule Story.

Expected result: the story appears in Queue with its scheduled time and status.

Manage queued stories

  • Use Edit to change media, permissions, or scheduled time.
  • Use Copy to duplicate a story into a new draft.
  • Use Delete to remove a queued story.
  • If a story fails, use Retry to reschedule it.

Review posted stories

  2. Review posted or skipped stories.
  3. Use Copy to reuse a past story setup.
  4. Use Delete to remove a single archive item, or Clear All to remove all posted archive items.

Important Notes

  • Note: Story Scheduler only posts while a Fansly tab is open.
  • Note: Free plans can queue up to 5 stories. Pro plans can queue unlimited stories.
  • Note: Schedule times must be at least 1 minute in the future.
  • Note: If a story misses its post window for too long, it is skipped and moved to your archive.

Troubleshooting

  • Open a Fansly tab to enable scheduling: Open or refresh a Fansly tab, then reopen Story Scheduler.
  • Unable to schedule story: Confirm you selected media and a valid future time, then try again.
  • Queue limit reached: Remove a queued story first, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited queue size.
