Story Scheduler
Schedule story posts ahead of time, manage your queue, and review posted or skipped stories in one place.
Story Scheduler helps you plan story posts in advance so you can keep publishing on time while managing scheduled, failed, posted, and skipped stories from one place.
Accessing Story Scheduler
- Open Fansly.
- Click the
FBbutton in the top-right corner, then selectStory Scheduler. - In the Story Scheduler modal, use the
QueueandArchivetabs. - If
Story Scheduler Menuis enabled inFB>Tweaks, you can also openStory Schedulerfrom theFBbutton in the Stories bar.
Story Scheduler Features
Schedule a new story
- Open
Story Scheduler. - In the
Queuetab, clickNew Story. - Select one media item.
- Optional: set story permissions.
- Set the
Go live time. - Click
Schedule Story.
Expected result: the story appears in Queue with Scheduled status and your selected time.
Manage queued stories
- Open the
Queuetab. - Use
Editto change media, permissions, or scheduled time. - Use
Copyto create a new draft from the same setup. - Use
Deleteto remove a queued story. - For
Failedstories, useRetryto reschedule them.
Review archive items
- Open the
Archivetab. - Review posted or skipped stories.
- Use
Copyto reuse a past story setup. - Use
Deleteto remove one archive item, orClear Allto remove all archive items.
Important Notes
- Note: Story Scheduler only posts while a Fansly tab is open.
- Note: Free plans can queue up to 5 stories. Pro plans can queue unlimited stories.
- Note: Schedule times must be at least 1 minute in the future.
- Note: If a scheduled story misses its post window for about 30 minutes, it is marked
Skippedand moved toArchive. - Note:
Retrymoves a failed story back toScheduledand sets it to try again in about 1 minute.
Troubleshooting
Open a Fansly tab to enable scheduling: Open or refresh a Fansly tab, then reopen Story Scheduler.Unable to schedule story: Confirm you selected media, chose a valid future time, and that your free queue is under 5 stories.Free users can queue up to 5 stories.: Remove a queued story first, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited queue size.
