Monthly Subscriber Lists

Monthly Subscriber Lists creates Fansly lists for subscribers in each subscription tier during a selected month. Use it when you want monthly tier-based lists for messaging, tracking, or organizing subscribers.

Accessing Monthly Subscriber Lists

1. Open Fansly and go to your creator dashboard.
2. Open the Subscribers page.
3. Click the FBuddy icon in the Subscribers page tab area.
4. Click Monthly Subscriber Lists.

The Monthly Subscriber Lists window opens. Pro users see a status area plus Month, Mode, and Tiers controls.

Creating Monthly Subscriber Lists

1. Choose a Month. FBuddy selects the newest available month by default.
2. Choose a Mode:
   • Any time in month: Includes subscribers whose subscription covered any part of the selected month.
   • Full month: Includes subscribers whose subscription covered the full selected month. For the current month, this means from the start of the month through today.
   • End of month: Includes subscribers who were subscribed at the end of the selected month. For the current month, this means subscribers active today.
3. In Tiers, review the tiers selected for the list run. FBuddy selects all tiers found for the selected month and mode by default.
4. Use Select all to choose every visible tier again, or Clear to remove the tier selection.
5. Click Create.

FBuddy creates one Fansly list for each selected tier. List names use the format [FB] Tier Name - Month Year, and the status area shows progress while the lists are being created.

Important Notes

• Pro feature: Monthly Subscriber Lists requires a Pro subscription to create lists.
• Available months and tiers: The month and tier options come from subscription activity FBuddy can load from your account. If FBuddy cannot find subscriber activity for a month, that month or tier may not appear.
• Existing lists: Creating lists again for the same tier and month may create another list with the same name. Check your Fansly lists before running the same selection again.

Settings That Affect This Feature

Monthly Subscriber Lists is enabled by default. To hide or restore the menu option:

1. Click the FBuddy icon.
2. Open Tweaks.
3. Find Monthly Subscriber Lists.
4. Turn the setting on or off.

Troubleshooting

• Monthly Subscriber Lists is missing: Open Tweaks and make sure Monthly Subscriber Lists is turned on. A Pro subscription is required to use the list creation controls.
• No subscription history found: Try again after new subscriber activity appears on your account.
• No tiers found for this month: Choose a different month or mode.
• Failed to load subscriber notifications: Refresh the Subscribers page, check your connection, and try again.
• Only some subscribers were added: FBuddy may show a warning such as Added 10 of 12 subscribers for Tier Name if a list was created but not every subscriber could be added. Open the created list in Fansly and review it before using it.
