User Lookup

User Lookup helps you find an account quickly and act on it without jumping between pages. Use it when you need to open messages, check a profile, or manage block status for a specific user.

Accessing User Lookup

1. Open Fansly and click the FB button in the top-right area.
2. Click User Lookup.

• Navigation path: FB -> User Lookup
• Plan availability: Free and Pro

User Lookup Features

Search for an account

1. Open User Lookup.
2. Enter a username or display name in the search field.
3. Click Search.

Expected result:

• Matching accounts appear in the results list.
• If there are no matches, you see No users found.

Use Anonymous Search

1. In User Lookup, enable Anonymous Search.
2. Enter a username or name.
3. Click Search.

Expected result:

• Search runs in anonymous mode, which can help surface accounts you cannot normally view from your logged-in perspective.

Take quick actions from results

1. Find the account in the results list.
2. Open the action menu on that row.
3. Select one of these actions:

• Open Messages
• View Profile
• Block User
• Unblock User

Troubleshooting

• No users found: Check for typos in the username and try searching without @.
• Search fails: Retry the search after a moment. If it keeps failing, refresh Fansly and open User Lookup again.
• Action is unavailable: Some actions need specific account details. Open Messages requires an account ID, and View Profile requires a username.
