User Lookup

User Lookup helps you find a Fansly user quickly and take common actions from one place, without jumping between multiple tabs.

Accessing User Lookup

1. Open Fansly and click the FB button in the top-right area.
2. Click User Lookup in the extension menu.

• Navigation path: FB -> User Lookup
• Plan availability: Free and Pro

User Lookup Features

Search for an account

1. Open User Lookup.
2. Enter a username or display name in the search field.
3. Press Enter or click Search.

Expected result:

• Matching accounts appear in the results list.
• If there are no matches, you see No users found.
• Search returns up to 100 matches and may include a direct exact-match result when available.

Use Anonymous Search

1. In User Lookup, enable Anonymous Search.
2. Enter a username or name.
3. Click Search.

Expected result:

• Search runs without your signed-in context and can help surface accounts you normally cannot view while logged in, including blocked users.

Take quick actions from results

1. Find the account in the results list.
2. Open the row action menu (three-dot icon).
3. Select one of these actions:

• Open Messages
• View Profile
• Block User
• Unblock User

Troubleshooting

• No users found: Check for typos in the username and try searching without @.
• Search fails: Retry the search after a moment. If it keeps failing, refresh Fansly and open User Lookup again.
• Action is unavailable: Some actions are disabled when required account details are missing for that row.
