User Lookup helps you find a Fansly user quickly and take common actions from one place, without jumping between multiple tabs.

Accessing User Lookup

  1. Open Fansly and click the FB button in the top-right corner.
  2. Click User Lookup.
  • Navigation path: FB -> User Lookup
  • Related behavior: if you enable Profile Not Found Lookup, FBuddy can also show a lookup result on profile pages that display a not-found message.

User Lookup Features

Search for an account

  1. Open User Lookup.
  2. Enter a username or display name in the search field.
  3. Press Enter or click Search.

Expected result:

  • Matching accounts appear in the results list.
  • If there are no matches, you see No users found.
  • Search can show a large result list for broad searches.
  1. In User Lookup, enable Anonymous Search.
  2. Enter a username or name.
  3. Click Search.

Expected result:

  • Search runs as if you were not logged in.
  • This can help surface accounts that are not visible in your usual signed-in view.

Take quick actions from results

  1. Find the account in the results list.
  2. Open the row action menu (three-dot icon).
  3. Select one of these actions:
  • Open Messages
  • View Profile
  • Block User
  • Unblock User

Note: The action menu shows both Block User and Unblock User. If the account is already blocked, the row shows a Blocked badge.

Troubleshooting

  • No users found: Check for typos in the username and try searching without @.
  • Search fails: Retry the search after a moment. If it keeps failing, refresh Fansly and open User Lookup again.
  • Action is unavailable: Some actions are disabled when required account details are missing for that row.
