Troubleshooting
- Export Subscribers Data is missing: Open Tweaks and make sure Export Subscribers Data is turned on.
- No active tiers found. All tiers will be included.: FBuddy could not find active subscription tiers to list. You can still export; the file will include all tiers that match the other filters.
- Export option does nothing from another page: Open the Subscribers page first, then click Export Subscribers Data from the FBuddy menu there.
- No subscribers match the selected filters: Change the tier, auto-renew, or status filters and try again.
- Failed to download subscribers CSV.: Refresh the Subscribers page, make sure you are signed in, and try the export again.
