Export Subscribers Data

Export your subscribers to a CSV file with filters for tier, auto-renew, and subscription status.

  1. Open Fansly.
  2. Go to your Subscribers page.
  3. In the top-right of the Subscribers tab bar, click the FBuddy icon button (labelled FB).
  4. Select Export Subscribers Data.

If you do not see this option:

  1. Open FBuddy.
  2. Go to Tweaks.
  3. Enable Export Subscribers Data.
  4. Open the Subscribers page again.

Export Subscribers Data Features

Filter what gets exported

  1. Open the download modal from the FBuddy menu.
  2. Under Subscription Tiers, select one or more tiers, or leave it empty to include all tiers.
  3. Use Select All or Clear to quickly change tier selection.
  4. Choose an Auto-renew filter: All, On, or Off.
  5. Choose a Status filter: Active, Expired, or All.
  6. Click Export Subscribers Data.

The modal opens with Auto-renew: All and Status: Active selected by default.

Expected result:

  • The file downloads to your browser as a .csv immediately.
  • The file name uses this format: subscribers-<status>-<renew>-<tier>-<timestamp>.csv
    • status is active, expired, or all
    • renew is renew-any, renew-on, or renew-off
    • tier is all-tiers when no tiers are selected
    • tier is tier-<identifier> when one tier is selected
    • tier is tiers-multi when multiple tiers are selected
    • timestamp uses YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS format
  • A success message appears in a toast: Subscribers CSV downloaded.
  • Example: subscribers-active-renew-on-all-tiers-20260302_091500.csv

Troubleshooting

  • No subscribers match the selected filters. Adjust your tier, auto-renew, or status filters, then try again.
  • No active tiers found. All tiers will be included. This is expected when no active tier list is available; you can still export.
  • Failed to download subscribers CSV. Refresh Fansly, reopen the Subscribers page, and retry.
