Bulk Posts

Schedule many posts at once with reusable text, media grouping, and flexible timing controls.

Bulk Posts helps you queue a batch of scheduled posts in one pass so your posting calendar stays consistent without repeating setup for each post.

Accessing Bulk Posts

You can open Bulk Posts from either place:

  1. Open the FBuddy icon menu in the top-right corner of the Fansly page, then click Bulk Posts.
  2. While writing a post, open the FBuddy text menu, then choose Bulk Posts.
  • Bulk Posts is available on the Pro plan.

Bulk Posts Features

Add and organize post text

  1. In Post Texts, enter one or more text variants.
  2. Click Add text to add another text entry.
  3. Open Caption order and choose Sequential order or Random order.
  4. If you already have prepared captions, click Paste texts, then place --- on a line by itself between posts.
  5. In the paste modal, check Append to existing texts to add pasted captions to the existing list.

If you are pasting only text and see an empty paste state, add at least one non-empty entry before clicking Apply.

Expected result: each scheduled post uses your text list based on the mode you selected.

Select media and create grouped posts

  1. In Media Attachments, add one or more assets.
  2. Keep media ungrouped for one media item per post.
  3. Turn on Group Mode if you want multiple media items to publish together in one post.
  4. Reorder media items or grouped items to control which assets belong to each post.
  5. Enable Randomize media item order (or Randomize media group order while Group Mode is on) to shuffle output order.

Expected result: posts are created in the media order unless random order is on, with grouped media published together.

Choose a scheduling method

  1. Set Start Date & Time.
  2. In Scheduling mode, choose Simple spacing to schedule every X minutes, hours, days, or weeks.
  3. Choose Custom schedule to add one or more weekly slots, each with selected days and a time.
  4. Use Add another slot when you need more posting windows.

Expected result: posts are placed on your calendar from the selected start time using your chosen spacing or slot pattern.

  • At least one media item is required for a queue entry, but captions are optional for media-only posts.
    • Note: In custom schedule mode, each weekly slot must include at least one day and a time. Slots can repeat on future weeks, so you do not need one slot per post.

Configure optional post settings

  1. Click Set Expiration to auto-hide each scheduled post after a set number of days.
  2. Click Post to Walls to choose which walls receive the posts.
  3. Enable Lock replies if you want replies restricted on created posts.

Expected result: post settings apply to each created schedule entry.

  • Leave Post to Walls blank to use your default wall(s).
