Bulk Posts

Create and schedule multiple posts at once by building captions, media, and timing in one flow.

Bulk Posts helps paid-plan users queue many posts at once in one guided flow. You add captions, add media, choose timing, then queue a complete batch in one place.

Accessing Bulk Posts

You can open Bulk Posts from any of these places:

  • FBuddy icon menu: open the FBuddy icon in the top-right corner of Fansly, then select Bulk Posts. The modal opens on the Content step.
  • Post composer: in the post composer, open the FBuddy icon menu and choose Bulk Posts. The modal opens on the Content step.
  • Scheduled-posts page: if you see the Open Bulk Posts card, click Open Bulk Posts. The modal opens on the Content step.

Main workflow

1) Content step

  1. Under Post Texts, add captions in the list.
  2. Click Paste texts to add many captions in one pass.
    • Paste each caption separated by a line containing only ---.
    • Empty sections are ignored.
    • Use Insert Separator inside the paste modal to add the separator quickly.
    • Turn on Append to existing texts to add the pasted captions to your current list.
  3. Click Add text to add one more caption entry.
  4. Optional: set Caption order:
    • Sequential order cycles captions through your posts in list order.
    • Random order chooses captions at random for each scheduled post.
  5. Empty captions are allowed. If a post has no caption, it can still be queued.

2) Media step

  1. Click Add media in the attachment area.
  2. Choose either:
    • Upload new for files from your computer.
    • From vault for existing account media.
  3. In Media Attachments, toggle Group Mode to control how media is grouped:
    • Group Mode off: each media item becomes its own scheduled post.
    • Group Mode on: each media group becomes one scheduled post.
  4. Use Randomize media item order or Randomize media group order (based on Group Mode) to change posting order.
  5. You need at least one media item or media group before you can continue.
  6. You cannot continue while media is uploading or still processing.

3) Schedule step

  1. Set Start Date & Time.
  2. Choose Scheduling mode:
    • Simple spacing for a fixed interval (minutes, hours, days, or weeks).
    • Custom schedule for one or more weekly day/time slots.
  3. For custom mode:
    • Select at least one day and a valid time in each slot.
    • Add more slots while you need to cover each planned post.
  4. Optional: turn on Repeat until scheduled queue is full to keep creating posts until the queue limit is reached.
    • If active, posts are limited by remaining scheduled slots.
    • The feature checks the queue count and refreshes it while this option is enabled.
  5. Optional post settings:
    • Set Expiration to auto-remove posts after a number of days.
    • Lock replies to limit replies to users above a tip threshold.
    • Post to Walls to choose additional walls. Required default walls are always included.

4) Review step

  1. Check Batch Summary and Schedule preview for posting count, timing, wall targets, captions, and media.
  2. Fix every warning listed before posting.
  3. Click Post N (where N is the number of posts) to queue your batch.
  4. Keep the modal open while posts are being queued.
    • Click Stop to finish the current item and then pause the queue.

Limits and behavior

  • Bulk Posts is available with a paid plan.
  • A maximum of 200 active scheduled posts is allowed.
  • In Repeat mode, queue size is capped by remaining available scheduled slots.
  • If you add fewer captions than planned posts, captions are reused.
  • If you add more captions than planned posts, extra captions are not used in that run.
  • Required walls stay selected automatically when posting.
  • Posting can begin without captions as long as at least one media item/group is selected.

Troubleshooting

  • Next or Post is disabled / blocked:
    • Add at least one media item or media group.
    • Wait for all media uploads and processing to finish.
    • Choose a valid Start Date & Time.
    • Finish all required Scheduling mode settings.
    • If Repeat mode is on, load/refresh the scheduled post count.
    • Resolve warning messages shown in the Review step.
  • Custom schedule errors like "Select at least one day", "Complete every custom schedule slot before posting", or "Add more custom schedule slots to cover every post":
    • Fill in day and time for each slot.
    • Add enough slots so each planned post has a matching time.
  • Repeat mode queue count warning:
    • Click Refresh in the schedule step if the scheduled count has not loaded or changed.
    • The queue can also fill as other posts are added, so recheck the count if needed.
  • Media status warning appears:
    • Wait for processing media to finish.
    • Replace media on review hold.
    • Remove media that was already deleted.
  • You need to pause queueing:
    • Click Stop while posting. The current item finishes, then the run pauses.
