Bulk Posts
Schedule many posts at once with reusable text, media grouping, and flexible timing controls.
Bulk Posts helps you queue a batch of scheduled posts in one pass so your posting calendar stays consistent without repeating the same setup for each post.
Accessing Bulk Posts
You can open Bulk Posts from either place:
- In the extension menu, click
FBin the top-right corner, then clickBulk Posts. - While writing a post, open the FBuddy text menu and click
Bulk Posts.
- Bulk Posts is available on the Pro plan.
Bulk Posts Features
Add and organize post text
- In
Post Texts, enter one or more text variants. - Click
Add textto create more text entries. - Set text order to
Sequential orderorRandom order. - If you already have prepared text, click
Paste textsand separate each post with a line that contains only---.
Expected result: each scheduled post uses your text list based on the order mode you selected.
Select media and create grouped posts
- Add media in the media selector area.
- Keep media ungrouped if you want one media item per post.
- Enable grouping if you want multiple media items to publish together in the same post.
Expected result: each post is created from your media order, with grouped items published together.
Choose a scheduling method
- Set
Start Date & Time. - Choose
Simple spacingto schedule every X minutes, hours, days, or weeks. - Choose
Custom scheduleto create one or more weekly slots with selected days and times. - Use
Add another slotwhen you need more posting windows.
Expected result: posts are placed on your calendar starting from the selected start time and following your spacing or slot rules.
Configure optional post settings
- Enable
Set Expirationto automatically expire each scheduled post. - Use
Post to Wallsto choose which walls receive the posts. - Enable
Lock repliesif you want replies restricted on created posts.
Troubleshooting
- "Add at least one media item.": Add media before posting. Bulk Posts creates a schedule from selected media.
- "Complete each advanced schedule with days and time.": In
Custom schedule, ensure every slot has at least one day and a valid time. - "Add more advanced schedule slots to cover every post.": Create more slots or reduce the number of posts in the batch.
- "Expiration must be on/after the start time.": Move expiration later so it is not earlier than the first scheduled post.
- Posting stops partway through: If you clicked
Stop, Bulk Posts finishes the current item and then stops. Run the next batch for remaining posts.
