Bulk Posts

Create and schedule multiple posts at once by building captions, media, and timing in one flow.

Bulk Posts helps you prepare many posts at once, pair each post with a caption and media, and then queue them using the timing pattern you want. Use it when you need to publish a lot of posts in one batch instead of setting each one manually.

Accessing Bulk Posts

  1. Open FBuddy from the top-right of Fansly while in the creator area.
  2. In the FBuddy menu, select Bulk Posts.
  3. The modal opens on the Content step.
  4. You can also open it from the FBuddy icon in the post composer and choose Bulk Posts.

Main workflow

1) Content step

  1. In Post Texts, create and edit caption text entries.
    • Click Add text to add another caption field.
    • Click Paste texts to add many captions in one place.
    • Paste each entry separated by a line containing only ---.
    • Use Append to existing texts if you want pasted captions to add to the current list.
  2. Set Caption order:
    • Sequential order: captions are used in order.
    • Random order: captions are assigned randomly.
  3. Empty caption fields are supported; those posts can be queued with no caption.

2) Media step

  1. Click Add media.
    • Choose Upload new for local files.
    • Choose From vault for existing account media.
  2. Turn on Group Mode only when you want several media files posted together.
    • Off: each media item becomes a separate post.
    • On: each media group becomes one post.
  3. Use Randomize media item order or Randomize media group order to shuffle scheduling order.
    • In Group Mode, only group order changes.

A post batch requires at least one media item or media group.

3) Schedule step

  1. Set Start Date & Time.
  2. Choose Scheduling mode:
    • Simple spacing for a fixed interval (minutes, hours, days, or weeks).
    • Custom schedule to define weekly day/time slots.
  3. (Optional) Enable Repeat until scheduled queue is full to fill the remaining available queue space.
    • You can refresh the scheduled count if needed.
  4. Optional post settings:
  • Set Expiration to auto-remove posts after a number of days.
  • Lock replies to allow replies only from users who meet the tip threshold.
  • Post to Walls to pick additional walls. Required walls stay selected automatically.

4) Review step

  1. Check the Batch Summary and Schedule preview for wall, timing, media, and caption pairing.
  2. Fix any warning items before posting.
  3. Click Post N (N is the number of posts) to queue the batch.
  4. Keep the modal open while posts are being queued.
    • Click Stop to finish the current item first and pause the run.

Limits and behavior

  • Bulk Posts is available with Pro.
  • The account can only have 200 active scheduled posts at once.
  • In repeat mode, batch size is capped by remaining available queue slots.
  • If you have fewer captions than posts, captions are reused from your list.
  • If you have more captions than posts, remaining captions are not used in that run.
  • Posts show wall-related badges and labels (for example, required walls) so you know what is selected.

Troubleshooting

  • Post button is disabled or Next is blocked:
    • Add at least one media item or media group.
    • Wait for media uploads and processing to finish.
    • Complete schedule settings and custom slots.
    • Refresh or wait for scheduled post count when repeat mode is enabled.
    • Resolve media status issues shown in warnings.
  • Custom schedule warnings like "Select at least one day" or "Complete days and times for each slot":
    • Ensure each slot has at least one weekday and a valid time.
    • Add enough slots for all posts.
    • If you still see "Add more advanced schedule slots to cover every post," add extra slots until one is available for each planned post.
  • Media processing warning:
    • Wait for processing to finish or pick another media item.
  • Need to stop:
    • Use Stop while queueing to finish only the current post before pausing.
