Bulk Posts

Schedule many posts at once with reusable text, media grouping, and flexible timing controls.

Bulk Posts helps you queue a batch of scheduled posts in one pass so your posting calendar stays consistent without repeating the same setup for each post.

Accessing Bulk Posts

You can open Bulk Posts from either place:

  1. Open the FBuddy icon menu in the top-right corner of the Fansly page, then click Bulk Posts.
  2. While writing a post, open the FBuddy text menu, then choose Bulk Posts.
  • Bulk Posts is available on the Pro plan.

Bulk Posts Features

Add and organize post text

  1. In Post Texts, enter one or more text variants.
  2. Click Add text to create another text entry.
  3. Set Sequential order or Random order.
  4. If you already have prepared captions, click Paste texts and place --- on a line by itself between posts.
  5. In the paste modal, check Append to existing texts if you want to add to your current list.

Expected result: each scheduled post uses your text list based on the mode you selected.

Select media and create grouped posts

  1. Add media in the media selector area.
  2. Keep media ungrouped for one media item per post.
  3. Turn on Group Mode if you want multiple media items to publish together in the same post.
  4. Reorder or group media to control which assets belong to each scheduled post.

Expected result: posts are created in the same order as your media list, with grouped media published together.

Choose a scheduling method

  1. Set Start Date & Time.
  2. Choose Simple spacing to schedule every X minutes, hours, days, or weeks.
  3. Choose Custom schedule to create one or more weekly slots with selected days and times.
  4. Use Add another slot when you need more posting windows.

Expected result: posts are placed on your calendar from the start time using your chosen spacing or slot pattern.

Configure optional post settings

  • Enable Set Expiration to automatically hide each scheduled post at a chosen time.
  • When Set Expiration is on, set the expiration at least one minute after the first scheduled post time.
  • Use Post to Walls to choose which walls receive the posts.
  • Enable Lock replies if you want replies restricted on created posts.
  • Leave Post to Walls blank to use your default wall(s).

Troubleshooting

  • "Enter at least one post or add media.": Add at least one caption, or add at least one media item before clicking Post.
  • "Add at least one media item.": Bulk Posts needs at least one media attachment. Add one first, then post again.
  • "Expiration time must be in the future.": Choose an expiration time later than the current time.
  • "Complete each advanced schedule with days and time.": In Custom schedule, ensure every slot has at least one day and a valid time.
  • "Add more advanced schedule slots to cover every post.": Create more slots or reduce the number of posts in the batch.
  • "Not enough schedule slots for all posts.": Reduce the number of posts, or add additional weekly slots.
  • "Expiration must be on/after the start time.": Move expiration later so it is not earlier than the first scheduled post.
  • Posting stops partway through: If you clicked Stop, Bulk Posts finishes the current item and then stops. Run the next batch for remaining posts.
