Mass Direct Message

Send one message to many online fans at once using filters, templates, and job controls.

Mass Direct Message helps you contact many fans in one workflow when you want to announce an offer, send an update, or follow up with specific audience segments.

Accessing Mass Direct Message

  1. Open Fansly and click the FB button in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Mass Direct Message.
  3. In the modal, click New Mass Direct Message.

Mass Direct Message Features

Create and send a mass message

  1. Enter your text in Message Template.
  2. Optionally add media.
  3. Set your audience in Filters.
  4. Click Send.

Expected result:

  • Your job starts and appears in History.
  • Sending continues in the background even after you close the modal.

Target the right audience with filters

Use filter switches to include or exclude specific users:

  • Include Subscribers with optional tier and auto-renew controls.
  • Include Expired Subscribers.
  • Include Followers.
  • Exclude Creators.
  • Exclude Offline Users.
  • Included Lists and Excluded Lists.
  • Excluded Users by username.

Manage active and past jobs

From each history row, you can:

  • Pause a running job.
  • Start a paused job.
  • Copy to composer to reuse the same template and filters.
  • Unsend all messages for that job.
  • Delete the job record.
  • Open failed-recipient details when a job shows Failed.

Important Notes

  • Note: Only one Mass Direct Message job can run at a time.
  • Note: If another browser tab is already running a job, starting from this tab is blocked until that run stops.
  • Note: The history list keeps up to 25 jobs.

Troubleshooting

  • "No recipients or template is empty.": Add message text and verify your filters still match users.
  • "A Mass Direct Message is already running. Pause it to send a new one.": Pause the current job in History, then start the new one.
  • You see failed recipients: Open the Failed list from the job row to review each user and reason, then resend after fixing your filters or message content.
