Mass Direct Message

Send one message to many online fans at once using filters, templates, and job controls.

Mass Direct Message helps you contact many fans in one workflow when you want to announce an offer, send an update, or follow up with specific audience segments.

Accessing Mass Direct Message

  1. Open Fansly and click the FBuddy icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Mass Direct Message.
  3. In the modal, click New Mass Direct Message.

Mass Direct Message Features

Create and send a mass message

  1. Enter your text in Message Template.
  2. Optionally add media in the media selector.
  3. Set your audience in Filters.
  4. Click Send.

Expected result:

  • Your job starts and appears in History.
  • Your job starts in the Active row at the top of History.
  • Sending continues in the background even after you close the modal.
  • If another tab is already sending messages for this account, sending is blocked until that run stops.

Target the right audience with filters

Use filter switches to include or exclude specific users:

  • Include Subscribers with optional tier and auto-renew controls.
  • Include Expired Subscribers.
  • Include Followers.
  • Exclude Creators.
  • Exclude Offline Users.
  • Included Lists and Excluded Lists.
  • Excluded Users by username.

Manage active and past jobs

You can keep your queue organized with job controls in the header and row actions:

  1. Click Clear History to remove job history.
  2. In the confirmation step, optionally select Also delete X sent messages to remove successfully sent messages from your Fansly outbox.
  3. From each history row, use Copy to composer to reuse the same template and filters.
  4. From each history row, use Pause a running job.
  5. From each history row, use Start a paused job.
  6. From each history row, use Unsend all messages for messages already sent by that job.
  7. From each history row, use Delete to remove the job record.
  8. If failures exist, open the Failed button to review recipients and failure reasons.

Important Notes

  • Note: Only one Mass Direct Message job can run at a time.
  • Note: If another browser tab is already running a job, starting from this tab is blocked until that run stops.
  • Note: The history list keeps up to 25 saved jobs.
  • Note: A run cannot start if Message Template is empty. The message is validated before dispatch.

Troubleshooting

  • "No recipients or template is empty.": Add message text and verify your Filters still match users.
  • "A Mass Direct Message is already running. Pause it to send a new one.": Pause the current job in History, then start the new one.
  • Failed recipients: Open the X Failed button from the job row to review each user and reason, then adjust your filters or message content and resend if needed.
