Mass Direct Message
Send one message to many online fans at once using filters, templates, and job controls.
Mass Direct Message helps you contact many fans in one workflow when you want to announce an offer, send an update, or follow up with specific audience segments.
Accessing Mass Direct Message
- Open Fansly and click the
FBbutton in the top-right corner. - Click
Mass Direct Message. - In the modal, click
New Mass Direct Message.
- Mass Direct Message is available on the Pro plan.

Mass Direct Message Features
Create and send a mass message
- Enter your text in
Message Template. - Optionally add media.
- Set your audience in
Filters. - Click
Send.
Expected result:
- Your job starts and appears in
History. - Sending continues in the background even after you close the modal.
Target the right audience with filters
Use filter switches to include or exclude specific users:
Include Subscriberswith optional tier and auto-renew controls.Include Expired Subscribers.Include Followers.Exclude Creators.Exclude Offline Users.Included ListsandExcluded Lists.Excluded Usersby username.
Manage active and past jobs
From each history row, you can:
Pausea running job.Starta paused job.Copy to composerto reuse the same template and filters.Unsend all messagesfor that job.Deletethe job record.- Open failed-recipient details when a job shows
Failed.
Important Notes
- Note: Only one Mass Direct Message job can run at a time.
- Note: If another browser tab is already running a job, starting from this tab is blocked until that run stops.
- Note: The history list keeps up to 25 jobs.
Troubleshooting
- "No recipients or template is empty.": Add message text and verify your filters still match users.
- "A Mass Direct Message is already running. Pause it to send a new one.": Pause the current job in
History, then start the new one. - You see failed recipients: Open the
Failedlist from the job row to review each user and reason, then resend after fixing your filters or message content.
