Mass Direct Message

Send one personalized direct message to a selected group of Fansly users.

Use Mass Direct Message to send one message template to many selected recipients from your Fansly audience. It is useful for time-sensitive promos, reminders, and updates when you want one controlled send instead of opening each DM manually.

Accessing Mass Direct Message

  1. Open Fansly and click the FBuddy icon in the top bar.
  2. Select Mass Direct Message.
  3. The panel opens on the Jobs tab.

Mass Direct Message is a Pro feature. If your account is not Pro, the panel shows an upgrade notice.

Creating a Mass DM

  1. Open Mass Direct Message.
  2. Click New Mass DM.
  3. Enter your text in Message Template.
  4. Add optional Media Attachments. Attachments are sent with each direct message in the order shown.
  5. Choose the audience in Audience.
  6. Click Send.

The job starts after you click Send. You can close the panel while it runs and return later from FBuddy icon > Mass Direct Message.

Message Template

The Message Template field supports template variables from the toolbar below the text box. Use variables when you want each recipient's message to include their own name or username.

You can also use the emoji button and saved text templates while writing the message.

Audience Filters

Use Audience to control who can receive the message.

  • Include Subscribers: include active paid subscribers.
  • Include All Tiers: include every subscription tier, or turn it off and select specific tiers.
  • Include Auto Renew ON and Include Auto Renew OFF: choose whether active subscribers with auto-renew enabled, disabled, or both are included.
  • Include Expired Subscribers: include users whose subscription has expired.
  • Include Followers: include followers who are not current subscribers.
  • Exclude Creators: skip creator accounts that are not subscribed to you.
  • Exclude Offline Users: send only users currently shown in your online audience list; selected lists are still included.
  • Included lists: require recipients to be in selected Fansly lists.
  • Excluded lists: skip anyone in selected Fansly lists.
  • Excluded users: search for individual usernames and block them from this send.

When Exclude Offline Users is off, FBuddy can include matching subscribers, expired subscribers, followers, and selected list members even if they are not currently shown as online.

If the message template is empty, FBuddy shows No recipients or template is empty. and keeps the composer open. If no recipients match your audience filters, the job completes immediately with 0 messages sent.

Managing Jobs

The Jobs tab shows current and past Mass Direct Message jobs.

  • Running means the job is actively sending.
  • Paused means the job is stopped and can be resumed.
  • Done means the job finished.
  • Active marks the job FBuddy is currently tracking.
  • messages sent shows how many messages were sent by that job.
  • failed opens a list of recipients who did not receive the message, with quick links to open their profile or messages.

Use the job action buttons to:

  1. Copy to composer when you want to reuse a previous message, attachments, and filters.
  2. Pause a running job.
  3. Resume a paused job.
  4. Unsend all messages when you want to delete messages sent by that job from your Fansly outbox.
  5. Delete job when you only want to remove the job from FBuddy history.

Only one Mass Direct Message job can run at a time. If one is already running, pause it before starting or resuming another job.

Clearing History

  1. Open Mass Direct Message.
  2. Stay on the Jobs tab.
  3. Click Clear all.
  4. Choose whether to also delete sent messages from your Fansly outbox.
  5. Confirm the action.

Clearing history removes the selected jobs from FBuddy history. If you choose to also delete sent messages, FBuddy attempts to remove the messages sent by those jobs.

Troubleshooting

  • I do not see the composer: confirm you are signed into a Pro account.
  • Send is disabled: wait for media attachments to finish processing, or pause any currently running Mass Direct Message job.
  • No recipients or template is empty: enter a message and try again.
  • Zero messages sent: check your audience filters to confirm they match at least one user.
  • A job is stuck or the counts look old: click Refresh on the Jobs tab.
  • Some recipients failed: click the failed badge on the job row to review the affected users and open their profile or messages.
