Mass Direct Message Features

Create and send a mass message

  1. Enter your text in Message Template.
  2. Optionally add media in the media selector.
  3. Set your audience in Filters.
  4. Click Send.

Expected result:

  • Your job starts and appears in History.
  • The active job appears at the top of History.
  • Sending can continue in the background after you close the composer.
  • If another job is already running, you must pause it before starting a new one.

Optional setup:

  • Use variables (for example {{username}}) to personalize each message.
  • Use Preview Mode to set preview media for attachments.

Target the right audience with filters

Use these switches to define recipients:

  • Include Subscribers (with optional Include All Tiers, Include Auto Renew ON, and Include Auto Renew OFF).
  • Include Expired Subscribers.
  • Include Followers.
  • Exclude Creators.
  • Exclude Offline Users.
  • Included Lists and Excluded Lists.
  • Excluded Users by username.

Manage active and past jobs

You can manage jobs from the History controls and row actions:

  1. Click Refresh to reload the latest status.
  2. Click Clear History to remove job records.
  3. In the confirmation step, optionally select Also delete {count} sent messages to remove sent messages from your Fansly outbox.
  4. Use Copy to composer to reuse that job's Message Template and Filters.
  5. Use Pause to stop a running job.
  6. Use Start to resume a paused job.
  7. Use Unsend all messages to remove messages sent by that job.
  8. Use Delete to remove the job record.
  9. If a row shows 3 Failed, open it to review failed recipients and failure reasons.

Important Notes

  • Note: Only one Mass Direct Message job can run at a time.
  • Note: The history list includes your recent jobs, with the latest job shown first.
  • Note: If Message Template is empty, send is blocked and you'll see No recipients or template is empty.
  • Note: A job can finish with zero sends if your filters match no recipients.
  • Note: Unsend all messages only removes messages sent by that Mass Direct Message job.

Troubleshooting

  • No recipients or template is empty.: Add message text and verify your Filters still match users.
  • Another Mass Direct Message job is already running.: Pause the current job in History, then start the new one.
  • Send button is disabled: The selected message is blocked because another job is running; pause that job first.
  • Failed recipients: Open the Failed button on the job row, review each user and reason, then adjust your filters or message content and retry if needed.
  • Unsends are disabled: If a job has no sent messages, Unsend all messages is disabled.
