Export Buyers Data

Download a CSV of buyers from a media or bundle purchase history.

Export Buyers Data lets you download buyers from the open media or bundle purchase history into a CSV file. Use it when you want to review purchasers outside Fansly, keep your own records, or prepare a follow-up list.

Accessing Export Buyers Data

  1. Open the Purchase History modal for a specific media post or bundle in Fansly.
  2. In the modal header actions (top-right), click the FBuddy icon.
  3. Select Export Buyers Data.

FBuddy starts a CSV download for the buyers in the open media or bundle order history. If the FBuddy icon is missing from the modal header, open FBuddy > Tweaks > FBuddy Features and turn on Export Buyers Data.

After a successful export, you see a confirmation toast: Buyers CSV downloaded.

If the purchase history context is not loaded yet for the open modal, FBuddy shows:

  • Open a media order history before downloading buyers.
  • Open a bundle order history before downloading buyers.

What's Included in the CSV

The CSV includes one row for each purchase entry it can fetch from the order history, with these columns:

  • Display name
  • User name
  • User ID
  • Price
  • Purchased At

If the purchase history has multiple pages, FBuddy keeps loading each page, combines everything, then creates one file.

If a fan appears in the history more than once, that fan appears in multiple rows because each purchase is kept as a separate row with its own date and price.

The file name follows this pattern:

  • buyers-media-<media-id>-<yyyyMMdd_HHmmss>.csv
  • buyers-bundle-<bundle-id>-<yyyyMMdd_HHmmss>.csv

This format helps you tell media exports from bundle exports and see when each file was downloaded.
