Notification Quick Reply

Reply to fan notifications from the Notifications page without opening the full chat.

Notification Quick Reply adds a reply button to supported fan notifications so you can answer faster from the Notifications page. Use it when a notification needs a short direct message and you do not want to open the full conversation first.

Accessing Notification Quick Reply

  1. Open Fansly and go to Notifications.
  2. Find a fan notification that shows the reply icon.
  3. Click the Quick reply icon to open the reply box.

Notification Quick Reply is on by default. To turn it off or back on, open FBuddy icon > Tweaks > FBuddy Features and use the Notification Quick Reply toggle.

Replying From a Notification

  1. Click the Quick reply icon on the notification you want to answer.
  2. Type your message in the reply box.
  3. Click Send.

After the message sends, FBuddy closes the reply box and shows Message sent to followed by the fan's name.

Reply Box Tools

  • Emoji picker: Click the smile button to insert an emoji into your reply.
  • Text templates: Click the FBuddy button and select Text Templates to insert a saved message template. Templates in quick replies require a paid plan.
  • Outgoing translation language: Click the FBuddy button and select Outgoing translation language to choose the outgoing language used by message translation settings.
  • Send: Sends the typed reply as a direct message to the fan from that notification.

Troubleshooting

  • The Quick reply icon is missing: Open FBuddy icon > Tweaks > FBuddy Features and make sure Notification Quick Reply is enabled. Then refresh the Notifications page.
  • A notification does not show Quick reply: The button appears only on notifications that include a fan profile FBuddy can reply to.
  • You see "Paid plan required for templates here": Templates in quick replies require a paid plan. Type your reply manually, or use a paid account to insert a saved template.
  • You see "Enter a message before sending": Type a message before clicking Send.
  • You see "Unable to resolve this fan account": Open the fan's profile or chat from the notification, then try replying from the full conversation.
  • You see "Unable to open a direct message with this fan": Open the fan's chat directly and send the message there.
  • You see "Message failed to send": The reply box stays open so you can try again. Check that you are still signed in, refresh the page if needed, and resend the message.
