Image Editor

Image Editor helps you make quick visual edits to image files without leaving Fansly. Use it to add labels, cover sensitive areas, place stickers or emojis, and save a clean version when you are ready.

Accessing Image Editor

1. Open Fansly.
2. Click the FBuddy icon in the top bar.
3. Select Image Editor.
4. Choose Pick from Vault to start from a vault image, or Upload from Device to edit a file from your device.

If you are editing an image in a post/media preview flow, choosing an image source there opens Image Editor directly.

You may also see an Edit button on image tiles in your Fansly vault. Open Image Editor from that button.

Editing an Image

1. Open an image in Image Editor.
2. Choose a tool from the left toolbar.
3. Click or drag on the image to add the edit.
4. Use the right panel to adjust the selected layer.
5. Use Undo or Redo to move through recent actions.
6. Use the action button for your current flow:
   • Save Changes: Apply edits to the current post/media preview workflow.
   • Save to Vault: Upload the edited image to your vault.
   • Export Image: Save a copy to your device.

When you use Save to Vault from the standalone Image Editor flow, FBuddy saves the edited image to your vault in the [FB] Edits album.

Image Editor Tools

• Select/Move: Select an existing layer, move it, or resize it on the image.
• Add Text: Add text, then adjust the font, size, color, and background.
• Add Emoji: Pick an emoji and place it on the image.
• Add Sticker: Upload an image from your device and place it as a sticker layer.
• Blur Area: Draw a rectangle over the part of the image you want to blur.
• Pixelate Area: Draw a rectangle over the part of the image you want to pixelate.
• Color Block: Draw a solid color rectangle over part of the image.

Working With Layers

Each text, emoji, sticker, blur, pixelated area, or color block is added as a layer.

Use the Layers panel to:

• Select a layer.
• Hide or show a layer with the eye icon.
• Reorder layers by dragging them or using the up and down buttons.
• Delete a layer with the trash button.
• For the selected layer, open layer details and change applicable settings such as:
  • Opacity for most layers.
  • Text size/font/color options.
  • Blur Radius for blur.
  • Pixel Size for pixelation.
  • Color for color blocks.

Important Notes

• Image Editor is included on both Free and Pro plans.
• The editor is for image files. Video and audio files use different tools.
• Some media workflows open Image Editor for image previews before you save the larger post or media item. In those cases, use Save Changes to apply the edit to that workflow.

Troubleshooting

• The vault image Edit button is missing: Open Tweaks and make sure Vault Image Editor Actions is turned on. Refresh Fansly after changing it.
• The image will not load from your vault: Open Image Editor from the FBuddy menu, choose Pick from Vault again, and wait for the source image to finish loading.
• You selected the wrong file: Choose Cancel, reopen Image Editor, and select an image file. If the file is not an image, FBuddy asks you to select an image file.
• Save to Vault fails: Try Save to Vault again. If it still fails, use Export Image to keep a copy on your device, then upload that image to your vault manually.
• You cannot find the saved copy: Check the [FB] Edits album in your vault after using Save to Vault.
