Online Users

See which people connected to your Messages area have been active recently, then jump straight into their chat from the Online Users list. Online Users is a Pro feature.

Accessing Online Users

1. Open Fansly.
2. In the top-right of the Messages header area, open the green Online Users badge in the FBuddy header row.
3. Select a user in the list to open their message thread, or click the chart icon to open online history.

Online Users is enabled by default for Pro users. Use FBuddy icon > Tweaks > FBuddy Features > Online Users only if you want to show or hide the header badge.

What the list includes

• Users with activity in the last 120 minutes.
• Users FBuddy can match to your Messages area.
• The list refreshes while Fansly is open, but it can lag and is not guaranteed to be exact.
• Sorting is controlled by:
  • Top Supporters + A-Z (default)
  • Alphabetical Username (A-Z)
  • Alphabetical Username (Z-A)

Quick actions

1. Open the Online Users list.
2. Use Search users... to narrow by display name, username, or custom username.
3. Click a user row to open their DM thread.
4. Click the chart icon in the top-right of the list to open Online Users History.

Visual clues

• Green dot next to the avatar: last seen in roughly the last 30 minutes.
• Amber dot next to the avatar: last seen in the last 120 minutes, but not in the last 30 minutes.
• The green badge shows the current tracked count.
• The counter inside the list shows visible users after your search, then the total number of users tracked (for example, 12 / 47).

Offline or empty list

• No users online appears when the list has no active users in the last 120 minutes.
• No users found appears when your search does not match anyone in the current list.
• If your search does not show the user you expected, clear or change Search users... to return to the full list.

Online Users History

The history view shows how your total online user count changes over time.

1. Open the list.
2. Click the chart icon in the header area of the list.
3. The modal opens to Last 7 Days by default.
4. Use Date Range: to choose:
   • Last 24 Hours
   • Last 7 Days
   • Last 14 Days
   • Last 30 Days
5. The chart updates to show how your online count changes over time.

Weekend periods are highlighted on the chart and marked with a Weekend legend to help you spot patterns in audience activity.

Pro access

Online Users and Online Users History are available to Pro users. Free users may see the history modal, but it shows a Pro upgrade notice instead of the chart.

Troubleshooting

• I do not see the Online Users badge: check that you are signed in with Pro, then make sure Online Users is enabled in FBuddy icon > Tweaks > FBuddy Features.
• The list does not update while I am active: keep a Fansly tab open and keep FBuddy enabled so online status can refresh.
• The list is empty: there may be no recently active users FBuddy can open in Messages yet. Keep Fansly open and check again after a few minutes.
• History stays on "Loading chart data...": keep the modal open for a moment. If it does not finish loading, close and reopen Online Users History.
• History says "No data available": history is collected hourly and can be empty if there is not enough recent data yet. Keep a Fansly tab open with FBuddy active, then check again later.
• History says "Failed to load data": check that you are signed in with Pro, then reopen Online Users History.
• I see a Pro upgrade notice: Online Users and Online Users History require Pro.
