Unanswered Messages

Unanswered Messages helps you identify recent DM threads that still need your reply so you can clear your follow-up queue from the top navigation without opening each thread manually.

Accessing Unanswered Messages

1. Open Fansly with the extension enabled.
2. Click the FB icon in the top-right corner.
3. Select Tweaks.
4. Make sure Unanswered Messages is turned on.
5. Refresh the page if you changed the toggle.
6. Go to the top navigation area and click the message-count badge.

Note: Unanswered Messages is available on the Pro tier and is turned on by default for eligible accounts.

Unanswered Messages Features

Review conversations that still need a reply

1. Open the Unanswered Messages panel from the top navigation badge.
2. Review each row using the displayed name, @username, last message preview, and message time.
3. Use the counter at the top of the panel to compare your filtered results with your full unanswered list.

• The badge count shows your full unanswered message count.
• The list includes messages from the last 30 days that you have not replied to.
• Automated messages are excluded.
• Tip-only or media-only messages can appear without message text.

Search and sort the list

1. Use Search users... to filter by fan name, username, or message text.
2. Use the sort menu to choose Oldest First or Newest First.
3. Search matches fan display name, @username, custom username, and message text.

Open a thread or clear it from the list

1. Click a row to open that conversation in Messages.
2. Click the Mark as read button on a row to remove it from the unanswered list.
3. This removes the current latest message from the panel. If the fan sends a newer message later, that conversation can appear again.
4. This action does not send a reply.

Important Notes

• The panel can show a Last Update time so you can tell when the full list was most recently refreshed.
• The list refreshes automatically while a Fansly page is open, so recent changes may take a short time to appear.
• Changes to the Unanswered Messages toggle take effect after you refresh Fansly.
• Sorting preference is saved, so the panel keeps your last selected order.

Troubleshooting

• The badge is not visible: Confirm Unanswered Messages is enabled in FB > Tweaks, refresh the page, and ensure your account is Pro.
• I expected a conversation to appear: Check that the last fan message is within the last 30 days and is not an automated message.
• The list looks out of date: Keep a Fansly page open for a short time, then reopen the panel and check the Last Update time.
• A conversation came back after I cleared it: If the fan sent a newer message after you cleared the previous one, the conversation appears again because it has a new unanswered message.
