Post Data Export

Export one of your posts as an XLSX file with post details, attachment data, and media performance metrics.

Use Post Data Export when you want a spreadsheet snapshot of one of your own posts, including post details and media-level metrics you can review outside Fansly.

Accessing Post Data Export

  1. Open your post in Fansly (feeds or single post page).
  2. Click the FB action button in the post's top-right area.
  3. Select Export Post Data.
  4. Wait for the browser download to complete.
  • If you do not see Export Post Data, open FBuddy > Tweaks and enable Post Data Export.
  • Post Data Export is available for Pro users.
  • Files are exported as .xlsx.

Post Data Export Features

Export a post to XLSX

  1. Open one of your posts.
  2. Click the post's FB action button.
  3. Select Export Post Data.
  4. Wait for the file to download.

Expected result:

  • Your browser downloads a spreadsheet file.
  • The file name uses this format: post-data-<post-id>-YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.xlsx.

What the export includes

  • Post sheet
    • Post metadata and IDs
    • post visibility timing and attachment/media counts
    • tips, likes, and revenue totals
  • Attachments sheet
    • One row per attachment or bundle
    • Attachment type, media offer IDs, price, sales, and revenue fields
    • View and interaction metrics
  • Media sheet
    • One row per media item
    • Media IDs, file metadata, price, sales, and revenue
    • View and interaction metrics

Note: Media performance numbers are pulled for the most recent 30 days at export time.

Troubleshooting

  • "Post Data Export is available for Pro users": Upgrade to Pro, then run the export again.
  • "You can only export your own posts.": Open a post from your own account and retry.
  • "Unable to load post data." or "Post not found.": Refresh the page, reopen the post, and try again.
  • "Failed to export post data.": Reload Fansly and retry from the same post.
