Post Data Export
Export your own Fansly post details and attached media details to an XLSX spreadsheet.
Post Data Export creates a spreadsheet for one of your own Fansly posts. Use it when you want to review post details, attached media, prices, sales, revenue, and recent media performance in a spreadsheet app.
Accessing Post Data Export
- Open Fansly while FBuddy is enabled.
- Open one of your own posts, or go to your own profile's posts page.
- Click the FB Post Actions button near the post timestamp.
- Click Export Post Data.
- Wait for the download to finish. While the export is running, the menu item changes to Exporting Post Data.... FBuddy shows Post data exported. when the file is ready.
The downloaded file is an XLSX spreadsheet named with the post ID and export time, so separate exports are easy to tell apart.
What's Included
The spreadsheet includes separate sheets for:
- Post: post timing, post text, pinned state, likes, replies, attachment counts, media counts, bundle counts, tips, and attachment sales or revenue totals when available.
- Attachments: each attachment on the post, including its type, position, media types, media count, price, likes, sales, revenue, pending revenue, access status, and recent media performance when available.
- Media: each attached media item, including media type, file name, file format, dimensions, duration, upload timing, price, likes, sales, revenue, pending revenue, access status, and recent media performance when available.
Money values are shown in USD. Recent media performance covers the last 30 days and can include views, preview views, interaction time, unique viewers, and FYP views when that data is available for the media.
