Post Data Export
Export one of your posts as an XLSX file with post details, attachment data, and media performance metrics.
Use Post Data Export when you want a spreadsheet snapshot of a specific post, including core post details and media-level stats you can review outside Fansly.
Accessing Post Data Export
- Open Fansly and go to your own posts feed or open a single post page.
- Click the FBuddy icon in the post's timestamp/action area.
- Click Export Post Data.
Note: If you do not see Export Post Data, open Tweaks and enable Post Data Export. Note: Post Data Export is available for Pro users.
Post Data Export Features
Export a post to XLSX
- Open one of your posts.
- Click the FBuddy post actions button.
- Select Export Post Data.
- Wait for the export to finish.
Expected result:
- Your browser downloads an
.xlsxfile. - The file name uses this format:
post-data-<post-id>-<timestamp>.xlsx.
What the export includes
- A Post sheet with high-level post fields (for example post ID, created date, tip totals, and attachment/media counts).
- An Attachments sheet with per-attachment data (for example media type, pricing/revenue fields, and view/interaction fields).
- A Media sheet with per-media rows (for example file metadata, sales/revenue fields, and performance fields).
Troubleshooting
- "Post Data Export is available for Pro users": Upgrade to Pro, then run the export again.
- "You can only export your own posts.": Open a post from your own account and retry.
- "Unable to load post data." or "Post not found.": Refresh the page, reopen the post, and try again.
- "Failed to export post data.": Reload Fansly and retry from the same post.
