Post Data Export
Export one of your posts as an XLSX file with post details, attachment and media details, and media performance metrics.
Use Post Data Export when you want a spreadsheet copy of one of your own posts, including post details, attachment and media details, and media performance metrics you can review outside Fansly.
Accessing Post Data Export
- Open one of your own posts in Fansly from your feed or the single post page.
- Click the
FBpost actions button near the top-right area of the post. - Select Export Post Data.
- Wait for the browser download to complete.
- If you do not see Export Post Data, open
FBuddy>Tweaksand enable Post Data Export. - Post Data Export is available for Pro users.
- Files are exported as
.xlsx.
Post Data Export Features
Export a post to XLSX
- Open one of your posts.
- Click the post's
FBpost actions button. - Select Export Post Data.
- Wait for the file to download.
- Open the downloaded file in your spreadsheet app.
Expected result:
- Your browser downloads a spreadsheet file.
- The file name uses this format:
post-data-<post-id>-YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.xlsx.
What the export includes
- Post sheet: A summary of the post, including key dates, counts, likes, and earnings totals.
- Attachments sheet: One row per post attachment with pricing, sales, earnings, access status, and performance metrics when that data is available.
- Media sheet: One row per media item with file details, pricing, sales, earnings, access status, and performance metrics.
Note: Media performance numbers are pulled for the most recent 30 days at export time.
Troubleshooting
- "Post Data Export is available for Pro users": Upgrade to Pro, then run the export again.
- "You can only export your own posts.": Open a post from your own account and retry.
- "Unable to load post data." or "Post not found.": Refresh Fansly, reopen the post, and try again from that post's
FBpost actions menu. - "Failed to export post data.": Reload Fansly and retry from the same post.
