Add Users to List from Purchase History

Use this feature when you want to turn buyers from a specific media item or bundle into a reusable list for follow-up actions.

Accessing Add Users to List from Purchase History

1. Open Fansly and go to any media item or bundle.
2. Open its Purchase History window.
3. In the top-right of that window, click the FB button (the FBuddy icon) menu.
4. Click Add Users to List.

Note: If you do not see the FB button, close and reopen the Purchase History window, then try again.

Select buyers and send them to a list

1. In the modal, click Select a list and choose your destination list.
2. Use Search buyers... to filter by display name, username, or user ID.
3. Optional: set a purchase date range to limit who appears.
4. Select buyers one by one, or click Select shown to select everyone currently visible.
5. Click Add selected users.

Expected result:

• You see a success message for users that were added.
• If some users could not be added, you see a separate failure message with the failed count.

Create a list without leaving the flow

1. Click Select a list.
2. Click Create new list.
3. Create the list, then select it and continue adding users.

Troubleshooting

• "Open a media order history before adding users." / "Open a bundle order history before adding users." or "Open a media order history first." / "Open a bundle order history first.": Open the correct Purchase History window first, then run the action from that same window.
• "Unable to load purchase history.": Close and reopen Purchase History, then try again.
• "Unable to load lists.": Reopen the list picker and retry.
• "No buyers match your search.": Clear or broaden your search terms, or expand the date range.
• "Missing list identifier.": Open the list picker and choose a destination list first.
• "Something went wrong while adding users.": Reopen the Purchase History window and retry.
• Add button is disabled: Select at least one buyer and choose a destination list first.
