Add Users to List from Purchase History

Use this feature to create a list segment from Buyers in a media or bundle Purchase History. This is useful for quickly building outreach, filtering, or follow-up lists from your sales activity.

Accessing Add Users to List from Purchase History

1. Open the Purchase History modal for a specific media post or bundle in Fansly.
2. In the modal header actions (top-right), click the FBuddy icon.
3. In the FBuddy menu, select Add Users to List.

If the dialog is opened from the wrong place, you’ll see one of:

• Open a media order history before adding users.
• Open a bundle order history before adding users.

How to add buyers to a list

1. In the dialog, under Destination list, click Select a list.
2. In Select List, choose an existing list or click Create new list, then enter a name and select Create to keep it selected.
3. Use Search buyers... to filter by display name, username, or user ID.
4. Use the date range control (tooltip: Purchased date range) to limit buyers by purchase date.
5. Use Select shown to select every visible buyer at once, or uncheck buyers individually to skip them. If all visible buyers are already selected, the button changes to Deselect shown.
6. Click Add selected users.

FBuddy adds the selected buyers to your chosen list. If the same buyer appears multiple times in the history, FBuddy adds them only once.

Troubleshooting

• Open a media order history before adding users. or Open a bundle order history before adding users.: Open a media or bundle Purchase History modal first, then open FBuddy from that modal and try again.
• Unable to load purchase history.: Reload the Purchase History modal and try again.
• Unable to load lists.: In the dialog, open Destination list and reopen Select a list.
• No buyers match your search.: Clear or widen your search and check the selected date range.
• Missing list identifier.: Reopen Select a list and pick a list, then continue.
• Add selected users button is disabled: Pick a destination list and select at least one buyer first.
• Something went wrong while adding users.: Close and reopen the dialog, then retry.
