Default DM Sorting

Default DM Sorting keeps your Fansly Messages list in the order you choose, so returning to Messages feels consistent.

The setting is off by default. Turn it on if you want FBuddy to reuse your chosen order every time you open Messages.

Accessing Default DM Sorting

1. Open Fansly while signed in.
2. Open the FBuddy icon in the top-right corner.
3. Select Tweaks.
4. Open the Fansly UI Tweaks tab.
5. Find Default DM Sorting and turn the toggle on.

How to Use

1. Open the Messages page in Fansly.
2. Open the Message sort control and choose one option:
   • Newest
   • Oldest
   • Unread
3. Keep the feature toggle on in Fansly UI Tweaks. Your choice is saved as your default.
4. Open Messages again later. FBuddy applies that same order automatically.

What FBuddy saves

• If you have never changed the sort after enabling the tweak, FBuddy starts with Newest (the normal Messages default).
• After you choose Newest, Oldest, or Unread once, that selection is remembered and reused for future visits.
• If the saved value is missing or unrecognized, FBuddy uses Newest as the default.

Any time you change the sort in Messages while the tweak is on, that becomes your new default. If the tweak is off, Messages still works, but your change is not reused as the default on the next visit.

Settings that affect this feature

• Default DM Sorting (FBuddy icon > Tweaks > Fansly UI Tweaks) controls whether FBuddy applies the saved sort order.
• Turning the toggle off stops FBuddy from applying the saved order.

Troubleshooting

• The sort order does not change after enabling the tweak: If Messages opens with Newest, choose Oldest or Unread once to set a different default, then reopen Messages.
• Sort order changes back: Refresh the Messages page and confirm Default DM Sorting is still enabled in FBuddy icon > Tweaks > Fansly UI Tweaks.
• Nothing happens on first open: The sort control can load a moment after Messages opens. Wait a few seconds, then refresh Messages and check again.
• Messages does not stay in your chosen order after reload: Make sure you changed the sort while Default DM Sorting was enabled, then reload Messages.
