Smart Lists

Smart Lists helps you keep Fansly lists updated automatically so you can segment fans without repeated manual sorting.

Accessing Smart Lists

1. Open Fansly and click the FB button in the top-right corner.
2. Select Smart Lists.
3. If prompted, click Open Setup and save a valid Management Session URL.

• Smart Lists is available on the Pro plan.
• Smart Lists does not require any permission toggle to be ON.
• Smart Lists refresh periodically.
• If you also use Auto Messages, enable only Send Messages for that feature and keep other toggles OFF.

Smart Lists Features

Turn list types on or off

1. Open Smart Lists.
2. In Smart List Types, enable the list types you want to use.
3. Disable any type you no longer need.

Available list types:

• Top % Spenders
• Bracket Based Spenders
• Auto-Renew ON (per tier)
• Auto-Renew OFF (per tier)
• New Followers (bi-weekly)
• New Subscribers (bi-weekly, per tier)
• Community Reports
• DM Recently Messaged
• Subscription Age (per tier)

Configure list settings

• Top % Spenders: Add or remove one or more percentages (for example 0.1, 1, 5) to create those spend tiers.
• Bracket Based Spenders: Add dollar spending brackets. Leave the max value empty to make a bracket open-ended.
• Auto-Renew ON/OFF (per tier): Select the subscription tiers to include.
• New Followers (bi-weekly): No extra setup needed after enabling.
• New Subscribers (bi-weekly, per tier): Select the subscription tiers to include.
• Community Reports: Select one or more categories (Timewaster reports, Leak reports) and choose the minimum number of unique reports per category (minimum 1, maximum 50) to add a fan to that category list.
• DM Recently Messaged: Set how many past hours to include (minimum 1, maximum 720).
• Subscription Age (per tier): Select tiers and add day thresholds. Each threshold splits subscribers by how long they have been active.

Save changes to existing Smart Lists

1. Open Smart Lists.
2. Expand a list type with additional settings and update fields.
3. If that list type shows a Save button, click it to apply your changes.
4. For toggle-only list types (for example New Followers), changes apply immediately when you enable or disable the toggle.

Troubleshooting

• Status: Not configured: Open Management Session Setup in Smart Lists and save a valid Fansly management session URL.
• List looks empty right after enabling: The first sync cycle can take some time.
• "Please configure your Management Session first": Open Management Session Setup, save your session URL, then reopen Smart Lists.
• Not sure what to check in permissions: For Smart Lists only, leave all permission toggles OFF.
• Tier-based list settings do not save: Select at least one active tier before saving.
• Community reports are not showing: Select at least one report category and lower the report threshold.
• No active tiers found: Check that your subscription tiers are active, then reopen Smart Lists.
