Smart Lists

Automatically create and maintain Fansly lists for top spenders, auto-renew status, new followers/subscribers, and people you recently messaged.

What It Does

• Builds and keeps fan lists up to date for common segments:
  • Top % Spenders (preset percentage tiers)
  • Spending Brackets (preset spend ranges)
  • Auto-Renew ON (per tier)
  • Auto-Renew OFF (per tier)
  • New Followers (creates a new list for each two-week window)
  • New Subscribers (bi-weekly, per tier; lists are per two-week window)
  • DM Recently Messaged (past N days)
  • Subscription Age (per tier; segmented by your day thresholds)
• Lists appear in your Fansly account so you can use them anywhere lists are supported.
• Lists update periodically; the first creation can take up to about 60 minutes.

Requirements

• FBuddy extension installed and signed in
• Pro plan
• A Fansly Management Session connected in FBuddy

Where to Find It

• In Fansly, click the FB button (top-right) -> Smart Lists

Quick Start

1. Open Smart Lists from the FB button.
2. Under Management Session, select Open Setup and paste your Fansly Management Session URL if you haven't already. Save it.
3. Turn on the list types you want:
   • Top % Spenders: FBuddy maintains preset percentage tiers.
   • Spending Brackets: Groups fans by all-time spend using preset ranges.
   • Auto-Renew ON/OFF (per tier): Creates a separate list for each subscription tier.
   • New Followers (bi-weekly): Creates a dated list for each two-week window and adds followers from that window.
   • New Subscribers (bi-weekly, per tier): Creates dated per-tier lists for each two-week window.
   • DM Recently Messaged: Set Days (1-30, default 7) and enable it.
   • Subscription Age (per tier): Keep the default bracket (30 days) or add your own day thresholds, then select Save Brackets.
4. Close the modal or keep working; FBuddy builds or updates the lists in the background. Allow up to 60 minutes for the first run.
5. Use your new lists on Fansly wherever lists are supported (messages, posts, filters).

Tips

• You can enable multiple smart list types at the same time.
• If you rename your tiers on Fansly, revisit Smart Lists to confirm your per-tier lists still match your intent.
• To message a list, open FB -> Mass Direct Message and include the list as a recipient source.

Limits & Notes

• Smart Lists are created on the Fansly account connected via your Management Session.
• DM Recently Messaged supports a window of 1-30 days; default is 7.
• Subscription Age brackets are set in days; the final bracket has no upper limit.
• Creation and updates run periodically and typically complete within 60 minutes; larger accounts may take longer.
• DM Recently Messaged uses your manual DMs; automated messages are not counted.

Troubleshooting

• Can't enable a type: Open Smart Lists -> Open Setup and make sure your Management Session URL is saved, then try again.
• Lists not appearing on Fansly: Wait up to 60 minutes and refresh your Fansly Lists page.
• DM Recently Messaged didn't reflect your setting: Reopen Smart Lists, adjust Days, select Save, and confirm the toggle is on.
• Subscription Age lists look wrong: Reopen Smart Lists, confirm your day thresholds, select Save Brackets, and wait up to 60 minutes for lists to refresh.
• Auto-Renew lists look incomplete: Check subscribers' auto-renew status and tiers on Fansly; per-tier lists only include matching subscribers.
