Smart Lists

Automatically create and maintain fan segments using built-in list rules in FBuddy.

Smart Lists helps you keep Fansly lists updated automatically so you can segment fans without repeated manual sorting.

Accessing Smart Lists

  1. Open Fansly and click the FB button in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Smart Lists.
  3. If prompted, click Open Setup and save a valid Management Session URL.
  • Smart Lists is available on the Pro plan.
  • Smart Lists works with all Management Session permissions set to OFF.
  • Smart Lists refresh automatically after setup. Changes can take about an hour to appear in Fansly lists.
  • If you also use Auto Messages, enable only Send Messages for that feature and keep other toggles OFF.
  • If you need help with setup, open Management Session Setup from Smart Lists and save your Fansly Management Session URL.

Smart Lists Features

Turn list types on or off

  1. Open Smart Lists.
  2. In Smart List Types, enable the list types you want to use.
  3. Disable any type you no longer need.

Available list types:

  • Top % Spenders
  • Bracket Based Spenders
  • Fansly Spending Tiers
  • Auto-Renew ON (per tier)
  • Auto-Renew OFF (per tier)
  • New Followers (bi-weekly)
  • New Subscribers (bi-weekly, per tier)
  • Community Reports
  • DM Recently Messaged
  • Subscription Age (per tier)

Note: Some list types create more than one Fansly list. Tier-based types create separate lists for each selected tier, and threshold-based types can create multiple lists based on the values you enter.

Configure list settings

  • Top % Spenders: Add or remove one or more percentages from 0.01 to 100 (for example 0.1, 1, 5) to create those spend tiers.
  • Bracket Based Spenders: Add dollar spending brackets. Leave the max value empty to make a bracket open-ended.
  • Fansly Spending Tiers: Enable this list type to create a list for fans with Fansly's blue Recent Spender badge.
  • Auto-Renew ON/OFF (per tier): Select the subscription tiers to include.
  • New Followers (bi-weekly): No extra setup needed after enabling.
  • New Subscribers (bi-weekly, per tier): Select the subscription tiers to include.
  • Community Reports: Select one or more available report categories and choose the minimum number of unique reports per category from 1 to 50 before a fan is added to that list.
  • DM Recently Messaged: Set how many past hours of fans you messaged to include (minimum 1, maximum 720).
  • Subscription Age (per tier): Select tiers and add one or more day thresholds. Each threshold splits subscribers by how long they have been active, and the last group stays open-ended.

Save changes to existing Smart Lists

  1. Open Smart Lists.
  2. Expand a list type with additional settings and update fields.
  3. Click Save for list types with settings such as percentages, tiers, report thresholds, hour windows, or day thresholds.
  4. For toggle-only list types such as New Followers and Fansly Spending Tiers, changes apply immediately when you enable or disable the toggle.

Troubleshooting

  • Status: Not configured: Open Management Session Setup in Smart Lists and save a valid Fansly management session URL.
  • List looks empty right after enabling: Wait for the next automatic refresh. New lists can take some time to fill after you first turn them on.
  • "Configure your Management Session first": Open Management Session Setup, save your session URL, then reopen Smart Lists.
  • Not sure what to check in permissions: For Smart Lists only, leave all permission toggles OFF.
  • Bracket or percentage settings will not save: Check that every value is within the allowed range and remove any empty or invalid entries.
  • Tier-based list settings do not save: Select at least one active tier before saving.
  • Community reports are not showing: Select at least one report category and lower the report threshold.
  • No active tiers found: Check that your subscription tiers are active, then reopen Smart Lists.
