Smart Lists

Automatically create and maintain fan segments using built-in list rules in FBuddy.

Smart Lists helps you keep Fansly lists updated automatically so you can segment fans without repeated manual sorting.

Accessing Smart Lists

  1. Open Fansly and click the FB button in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Smart Lists.
  3. If prompted, open Management Session Setup and save your Management Session URL.
  • Smart Lists is available on the Pro plan.

Smart Lists Features

Turn list types on or off

  1. Open Smart Lists.
  2. In Smart List Types, enable the list types you want to use.
  3. Disable any type you no longer need.

Available list types:

  • Top % Spenders
  • Bracket Based Spenders
  • Auto-Renew ON (per tier)
  • Auto-Renew OFF (per tier)
  • New Followers (bi-weekly)
  • New Subscribers (bi-weekly, per tier)
  • DM Recently Messaged
  • Subscription Age (per tier)

Configure list settings

  • Top % Spenders: Add or remove percentage values to control which top-spender segments are created.
  • Bracket Based Spenders: Add spending brackets and leave the max value empty for an open-ended final bracket.
  • Auto-Renew ON/OFF (per tier): Choose which subscription tiers to include.
  • New Subscribers (bi-weekly, per tier): Choose which tiers are included.
  • DM Recently Messaged: Set the lookback window in hours for recently messaged fans.
  • Subscription Age (per tier): Pick tiers and set day thresholds to split subscribers by how long they have been active.

Save changes to existing Smart Lists

  1. Open Smart Lists.
  2. Update fields for an enabled list type.
  3. Click Save in that section to apply your changes.

Troubleshooting

  • "Management Session: Not configured": Open Management Session Setup in Smart Lists and save a valid Fansly management session URL.
  • List looks empty right after enabling: Wait 15 to 60 minutes for the first population cycle.
  • Tier-based lists do not save: Select at least one active tier before saving.
  • No active tiers found: Check that your subscription tiers are active, then reopen Smart Lists.
