Smart Lists
Create auto-updating Fansly lists for spenders, subscribers, followers, renewals, and other fan segments.
Smart Lists are Fansly lists that FBuddy keeps updated for you. Use them when you want ready-made fan segments for messaging, promotions, retention checks, or VIP organization without rebuilding lists by hand.
Accessing Smart Lists
- Open Fansly with the FBuddy extension installed.
- Click the FBuddy icon in the top-right header area.
- Select Smart Lists.
Smart Lists requires a paid FBuddy plan. If your account does not have access, you will see a paid-plan message instead of the Smart List controls.
Setting Up Smart Lists
- Open Smart Lists.
- Check Management Session:
- Connected with Status: Configured means Smart Lists can run.
- Setup required with Status: Not configured means you need to connect it first.
- Click Open Setup when setup is needed.
- Paste your Management Session URL.
- Click Save Management Session URL. If a session is already configured, the button says Update Management Session URL.
For Smart Lists only, keep every permission toggle set to OFF during setup. If you also use Auto Messages, set Send Messages to ON and keep every other permission OFF unless another feature specifically asks for more.
Smart List Types
Enable only the list types you want FBuddy to maintain. List types with extra options show a Show settings control; use Save after changing those options on an enabled list.
Top % Spenders
Creates lists for fans in the selected top spending percentages. The default percentages are 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 1%, 3%, and 5%.
- Enable Top % Spenders.
- Click Show settings to review or change the percentages.
- Add or remove percentages with Add Percentage and the remove button.
- Click Save after changing the percentages.
Percentages can be greater than 0 and no more than 100. If the saved set is empty or invalid, FBuddy restores the default percentages.
Bracket Based Spenders

- Enable Bracket Based Spenders.
- Click Show settings to review or change the brackets.
- Enter each spending range.
- Leave the max value empty to create an open-ended bracket.

Minimum values cannot be negative. If you enter a max value, it must be greater than the min value.

Fansly Spending Tiers
Creates a Fansly list for fans with Fansly's Blue card. Turn on Fansly Spending Tiers to use it.
Important Notes
- Smart Lists update periodically, so changes may not appear in Fansly immediately.
- Per-tier list types need active subscription tiers to choose from.
- Disabling a Smart List type stops FBuddy from maintaining that segment.
Troubleshooting
- Smart Lists shows a paid-plan message: Smart Lists requires a paid FBuddy plan.
- Management Session says Not configured: click Open Setup, save your Management Session URL, then reopen Smart Lists.
- No active tiers found: check that the Fansly account has active subscription tiers, then reopen Smart Lists.
- Select at least one tier: click Show settings, choose a tier or Select all, then try again.
- Select at least one report category: click Show settings, choose a visible report category or Select all, then try again.
- Save is unavailable or does not update the list: enable that Smart List type first, then finish the required settings, such as adding a valid percentage, spending range, tier, threshold, day bracket, or time window.
- A Fansly list did not update right away: wait for the next refresh cycle and check again later.
