Download Wallet History CSV

Export a CSV of your wallet transaction history directly from the Wallet History page.

Export a spreadsheet (CSV) of your wallet transactions from the Wallet History view. The export gathers the full history across pages and saves a standard CSV you can open in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.

What It Does

  • Exports all transactions shown in the Wallet History view into a CSV file
  • Automatically collects the full list across pages
  • Saves a CSV compatible with common spreadsheet apps

Requirements

  • FBuddy browser extension installed and enabled
  • Signed in to a creator account on Fansly
  • "Download Wallet History CSV" toggle enabled in FBuddy Tweaks (on by default)

Where to Find It

  • Open Fansly and go to Wallet -> History
  • In the Wallet History header, click the FBuddy button (FB icon)
  • Choose "Download Wallet History CSV"

Quick Start

  1. Go to Fansly -> Wallet -> History.
  2. Click the FBuddy button (FB) in the header.
  3. Select Download Wallet History CSV.
  4. The file downloads to your browser's default location.

CSV Columns

  • Date (formatted according to your browser's locale settings)
  • Status (Pending, Approved, Canceled, Refunded; rare cases may show "Please contact Support with Order Number")
  • Order Number
  • Description (e.g., Tip from [username], Subscription Sale to [username], Media Sale to [username], Bundle Sale to [username], Stream Ticket Sale to [username], Referral Earnings)
  • Total (prefixed with $ and shown with two decimals)

Notes and Limits

  • Large histories may take a moment while all pages are gathered.
  • If no transactions are found, you'll see an error message and no file is downloaded.
  • The downloaded file name includes a timestamp in YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS format, for example: wallet-history-20241208_143022.csv.

Troubleshooting

  • Option not visible: Make sure you're on a creator account and the "Download Wallet History CSV" toggle is enabled in FBuddy Tweaks.
  • Just enabled the toggle: Refresh the page, then reopen Wallet -> History to load the button.
  • Button missing: Open the Wallet -> History page first, then click the FBuddy button (FB) in the header.
  • Nothing downloaded: Confirm there are transactions in your history and try again.
  • Download didn't start: Check your browser's download permissions or any pop-up/download blockers for fansly.com.
