Download Wallet History CSV

Export a CSV of your wallet transaction history directly from the Wallet History page.

Export a spreadsheet (CSV) of your wallet earnings transactions from the Wallet History view. The export gathers your full history across pages and saves a standard CSV you can open in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.

What It Does

  • Exports all earnings transactions listed in the Wallet History view into a CSV file
  • Automatically collects the full list across pages
  • Saves a CSV compatible with common spreadsheet apps

Requirements

  • FBuddy browser extension installed and enabled
  • Signed in to a creator account on Fansly
  • "Download Wallet History CSV" toggle enabled in FBuddy Tweaks (on by default)

Where to Find It

  • Open Fansly and go to Earnings -> Wallet -> History
  • In the Wallet History header, click the FBuddy button (FBuddy icon)
  • Choose "Download Wallet History CSV"

Quick Start

  1. Go to Fansly -> Earnings -> Wallet -> History.
  2. Click the FBuddy button in the header.
  3. Select "Download Wallet History CSV".
  4. The file downloads to your browser's default location.

CSV Columns

  • Date (uses your device's local date and time)
  • Status (Pending, Approved, Canceled, or Refunded; unknown values show "Please contact Support with Order Number")
  • Order Number
  • Description (e.g., Tip from the fan's name, Subscription Sale to the fan's name, Media Sale to the fan's name, Bundle Sale to the fan's name, Stream Ticket Sale to the fan's name, Referral Earnings)
  • Total (shown with a $ prefix and two decimals)

Notes and Limits

  • Large histories may take a moment while all pages are gathered.
  • A progress notification appears while the CSV is prepared; keep the Wallet History page open until it finishes.
  • If no transactions are available, you'll see an error notification and no file is downloaded.
  • If a fan name can't be resolved, the Description may show "Unknown" instead of the fan's name.
  • The downloaded file name includes a timestamp in YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS format, for example: wallet-history-20241208_143022.csv.

Troubleshooting

  • Option not visible: Make sure you're on a creator account and the "Download Wallet History CSV" toggle is enabled in FBuddy Tweaks.
  • Just enabled the toggle: Refresh the page, then reopen Earnings -> Wallet -> History to load the button.
  • Button missing: Confirm you're on Earnings -> Wallet -> History, then refresh the page.
  • Nothing downloaded: Confirm there are transactions in your history and try again.
  • Download didn't start: Check your browser's download permissions or any pop-up/download blockers for Fansly.
