See, at a glance, what share of active subscribers in each tier have auto-renew turned on, plus on/off counts per tier.

See, at a glance, what share of active subscribers in each tier have auto-renew turned on, plus on/off counts per tier.

What It Does

  • Breaks down your active subscription tiers and shows the renewal rate for each one.
  • Displays per-tier counts: Auto-renew On, Auto-renew Off, and Total active subscribers.
  • Calculates a simple percentage for each tier: On / Total.

Requirements

  • FBuddy installed and you are signed in.
  • You are logged into the Fansly creator account you want to analyze.
  • At least one active subscription tier. Disabled tiers are hidden.
  • Available on all plans.

Where to Find It

  • Subscribers page on Fansly: appears automatically just below the "Subscribers" header and above the filters.
  • From the FBuddy menu in the top navigation: open the menu and select "Subscriber Renew Statistics" to view in a modal popup.

Quick Start

  1. Open Fansly and sign in to FBuddy.
  2. Go to the Subscribers page. Look for the "Renewal Rate by Tier" card near the top.
  3. Review each tier's Auto-renew On/Off/Total counts and the renewal rate percentage.
  4. Prefer a pop-up view? Open the FBuddy menu and select "Subscriber Renew Statistics" to open the same data in a modal.

What You'll See

  • A list of your active tiers, each with a color dot and name.
  • For each tier: On, Off, and Total counts, plus a bold percentage showing On / Total.
  • Tiers with no active subscribers will show zeros.

Tips & Limits

  • Active subscriptions only: expired subscriptions are not included. If someone has turned off auto-renew, they still count as active until their term ends and will appear under Off.
  • Active tiers only: tiers with no active plan are hidden until you activate them.
  • Data updates when you open the view; larger subscriber lists may take a few seconds to populate.
  • If you switch creator accounts, reopen the view to refresh the numbers.
  • The feature is enabled by default and appears automatically on the Subscribers page.

Troubleshooting

  • "No active tiers found"
    • You may not have any active subscription plans. Activate a tier, then reload the Subscribers page.
  • Counts look off
    • Confirm you're signed into the correct creator account and that subscribers are active for the tiers shown. Then refresh the page and reopen the view.
  • The card doesn't appear
    • Make sure FBuddy is installed and you are signed in. If it still doesn't show, reload your Fansly page and try again.
