Overview

Manage team access, shared settings, and account limits with Agencies.

Agencies let you collaborate in FBuddy under a single subscription. Create an agency (Pro), invite teammates by email, set an agency as active when you want to work in team mode, and manage which Fansly accounts the team can use directly from your Dashboard.

What It Does

  • Groups teammates into a shared agency managed by the owner
  • Sends email invitations to add members and shows pending invites you can cancel or resend
  • Lets you switch between Personal and an active agency context with one click
  • Splits agency management into focused pages for Members, Invitations, and Agency Fansly Accounts
  • Surfaces agency-level settings (like Restricted Words) in the agency sidebar

Requirements

  • Owner on a Pro plan to create agencies and activate shared accounts; invited users can join on any plan
  • Signed in to your FBuddy account
  • Owner or admin role required to invite members, edit the agency name, manage pending invitations, and toggle Fansly accounts

Where to Find It

  • Dashboard: select Agencies in the sidebar
  • Agency overview: after selecting an agency, use the cards to open Members; owners and admins also see Invitations and Agency Fansly Accounts.
  • Agency sidebar: everyone sees Overview, Members, and Restricted Words; owners/admins also see Invitations, Fansly Accounts, and Message Statistics
  • Active context: at the top right of the agency page, use Set Active to work in team mode or Use Personal to switch back

Quick Start

  1. Go to Dashboard > Agencies. If you're on Pro, select Create Agency and enter a name.
  2. Open your agency. To work in team mode, select Set Active.
  3. Invite teammates: choose Invite Member, enter an email address, and send. They'll receive an email to join.
  4. Manage members on Members: owners and admins can remove members; the owner cannot be removed. Members can leave the agency from the agency overview page when the Leave option is available.
  5. Manage invitations on Invitations (owner/admin): resend or cancel pending invites as needed.
  6. Manage accounts on Fansly Accounts (owner/admin): when someone uses a Fansly account while the agency is active, it appears in Agency Fansly Accounts. Use Activate/Deactivate; if the Max shown is reached, deactivate another account before activating a new one.

Subscription Slots

  • Agency account activation uses the agency owner's Pro subscription slots.
  • Each seat equals one slot, and each slot covers two active Fansly accounts.
  • When slots are available, the Fansly Accounts page shows a Max value.
  • If Max is missing or 0, the owner needs an active Pro subscription.
  • Increase slots from Dashboard > Billing (Manage Payment Options) on the owner account.

Roles and Permissions

  • Owner: full control and billing; can invite and remove members (except the owner), edit the agency name, set the agency active, manage accounts, and delete the agency.
  • Admin: can invite and remove members (except the owner), edit the agency name, view/manage invitations, and manage accounts. Cannot delete the agency.
  • Member: can view and use the agency when active. Cannot invite, remove, or delete.

Notes and Limits

  • Creating agencies requires Pro; joining by invitation does not.
  • Only one context is active at a time: Personal or one agency.
  • The number of accounts you can activate is limited by the agency owner's Pro slots; when slots are available, a Max value appears above the list (each slot covers two active accounts).
  • Account activation requires an active Pro subscription for the agency owner. If the subscription lapses or slots are exhausted, activation will fail until the owner renews or adds slots.
  • Only the owner can delete an agency.

Troubleshooting

  • Can't create an agency: your account must be on the Pro plan.
  • Don't see Create Agency: the button appears only for Pro accounts.
  • Activate button is disabled: you've reached the Max shown; deactivate another account to free a slot.
  • Activate is failing or Max is missing: confirm the agency owner has an active Pro subscription with available slots, then retry.
  • Can't delete agency: only the owner can delete an agency. If the button is missing, switch to an owner account.
  • Don't see a Leave Agency option: the action is hidden for some role states. Ask the owner to remove you or update your role.
  • Set Active button missing: make sure you're viewing an agency where you are a member. If it's already active, you'll see Use Personal instead.
  • Invitation link expired: invitations expire automatically. Ask an owner or admin to resend a new invite.
