Agencies
Overview
Set up and use FBuddy Agencies to share team access and manage activation for agency Fansly accounts.
FBuddy Agencies let you and your team work from one shared workspace with shared creator access and team settings.
Accessing Agencies
- Open Dashboard and click Agencies in the left sidebar.
- Open an agency card to view its overview.
- On the agency overview page, click Activate to switch to that agency context.
- In the top navigation context selector, click Deactivate or choose No active agency to return to your personal workspace.
You can only work in one agency context at a time. When an agency is active, its card shows Active.
Owner setup and controls
- Open Dashboard -> Agencies.
- Click Create Agency.
- Enter the agency name, then click Create Agency.
- Open the new agency card and click Activate.
- In the agency overview, use:
- Rename to change the agency name (owner/admin only)
- Invite member to add teammates (owner/admin only)
- Delete to remove the agency (owner only)
- Use sections as needed:
- Members (available by role; owners/admins can invite, remove, and change roles)
- Invitations (owner/admin only)
- Roles (owner/admin only)
- CRM Creators (owner/admin only)
- Extension Creators (owners/admins can review access status and manage activation when permissions allow)
- Restricted Words (available by role; owners/admins can edit)
- Message Statistics (owner/admin only)
Create Agency is available for paid accounts. Free accounts may see an upgrade prompt on the Agencies page when creating or using agency limits.
Member setup and usage
- Accept your agency invitation from email.
- Sign in to your FBuddy account if required.
- Open Dashboard -> Agencies and open the invited agency.
- Click Activate on the agency overview page.
- To switch back to your personal workspace, use No active agency in the context selector.
- Leave an agency if needed using Leave from the overview page.
While active, creator access is controlled from Creators:
- CRM Creators is where users with agency permissions add creators, assign members, and activate/deactivate paid access.
- Extension Creators is where users with access can review creator status, and owners/admins can activate or deactivate extension access.
Agency features to know
- Members: Availability depends on your role. Owner/admin users can invite people, remove members, and change roles (for example Owner, Admin, Chatter, Creator).
- Invitations: Owners/admins can view open invitations, resend, or cancel them.
- Roles: Owners/admins can define role permissions.
- CRM Creators: Owners/admins can add, edit, assign, activate, deactivate, and remove creators.
- Extension Creators: Available by role permissions; owners/admins can activate and deactivate access.
- Restricted Words: Available by role; owners/admins can add, edit, and remove terms.
- Message Statistics: Only owners and admins can open this area.
Creators
In agency settings, creator limits are controlled by your plan.
- In each creators section, you’ll see Active / Max when your plan has a creator limit, or Active / Total linked accounts when a max is not set.
- If the limit is reached, you’ll see a warning and need to deactivate one creator or increase your plan.
To change the limit, go to Billing and update the agency plan.
Troubleshooting
- I’m still in personal workspace: open the agency card from Dashboard -> Agencies, click Activate again, then try refreshing.
- I cannot see a section (for example Invitations or Message Statistics): that section is not available in your current role.
- Creator action is disabled: your active creator limit may be reached. Deactivate one active creator or update the plan in Billing.
- A team member cannot use creator actions: check that the correct agency is active and that the creator is shown as Active in Extension Creators.
