Overview

Manage team access, shared settings, and account limits with Agencies.

Agencies let your team use FBuddy from one shared workspace using the agency owner's subscription. You can create or join an agency, switch between Personal and an active agency context, and manage shared settings from the dashboard.

What It Does

  • Gives your team one shared workspace with one active agency context at a time.
  • Lets owners and admins invite members and manage shared capabilities.
  • Lets all members use shared access, switch to the active agency context, and work with agency settings from the shared workspace.
  • Keeps shared controls organized by page: Members, Invitations, Agency Fansly Accounts, Restricted Words, and Message Statistics.

Requirements

  • Signed in to FBuddy.
  • Owner on a Pro plan to create agencies and activate shared accounts.
  • Invited users can join agencies from any plan.
  • Owner/admin role is required to:
    • Edit agency name
    • Invite members
    • Manage invitations
    • Activate/deactivate agency Fansly accounts
  • Members can still switch and work in the active agency context, depending on active permissions.

Where to Find It

  • Open Dashboard > Agencies in the left sidebar.
  • Open your agency card to open the agency overview.
  • Agency cards and overview actions:
    • Everyone sees Overview and Members.
    • Everyone can open Restricted Words.
    • Owners and admins also see:
      • Invitations
      • Agency Fansly Accounts
      • Message Statistics
  • In the agency overview header, use Set Active to enter agency mode and Use Personal to return to personal mode.
  • The dashboard sidebar context switcher also lets you jump between Personal and any joined agency quickly.
  • You can use direct links to agency pages, for example:
    • /dashboard/agencies/[agency-id]/members
    • /dashboard/agencies/[agency-id]/fansly-accounts
  • If a role message says "Only owners and admins," follow your role permissions and ask an owner/admin for help.

Quick Start

  1. Open Dashboard > Agencies.
  2. If you are the owner and on Pro, select Create Agency and enter a name.
  3. Open your agency.
  4. Select Set Active to work in agency mode.
  5. Open Members. Owners and admins can invite teammates and remove members except the owner.
  6. Open Agency Fansly Accounts (owner/admin):
    • Confirm or review the linked Fansly accounts.
    • Select Activate to include it.
    • Select Deactivate to free a slot.
  7. Open Invitations (owner/admin) to resend or cancel pending invitations.
  8. Open Restricted Words:
    • Members can review the list.
    • Owners and admins can add, edit, and remove blocked terms.
  9. Open Message Statistics (owner/admin) to review team message activity and set message logging preferences.
  10. Members open Leave Agency from overview when that action is available for their role.

Subscription Slots

  • Agency account activation uses seats on the agency owner's Pro subscription.
  • Each seat provides 2 active account slots.
  • In Agency Fansly Accounts, the summary shows active / total linked accounts and Max slots.
  • If Max is 0, the agency owner does not currently have active seats for activation.
  • Increase seats from Dashboard > Billing > Manage Payment Options on the owner account, then return to Agency Fansly Accounts.

Roles and Permissions

  • Owner: full control and billing; can invite/remove members (except owner), edit agency name, set active context, manage accounts, manage restricted words/message settings, and delete the agency.
  • Admin: can invite and remove members (except owner), manage invitations, activate/deactivate accounts, manage restricted words/message settings, and edit settings. Cannot delete the agency.
  • Member: can work in the active agency and leave when the option is visible. Cannot invite, remove, edit, or delete.

Notes and Limits

  • A Pro subscription is required to create agencies; joining by invitation does not require Pro.
  • Only one context can be active at a time: Personal or one agency.
  • Members can only use Fansly accounts that have been activated for that agency.
  • If seat limits are reached, additional account activation is blocked until a slot is free.
  • Only the owner can delete an agency.

Troubleshooting

  • Can't create an agency: your account must be on Pro.
  • Don't see Create Agency: the button appears only for Pro owners.
  • Activate is disabled: you have reached Max or activation is not available for your role.
  • Can't activate accounts: ask the owner/admin to check active subscription seats or deactivate another active account.
  • Invitations are missing/expired: invitation links can expire, already be used, or be invalid; ask an owner/admin to send a fresh invite.
  • Set Active is not visible: you may not be a member of that agency, or that agency is already active (the button will show Use Personal).
  • Don't see Leave Agency: this action is hidden for owners and admins.
  • Invitation opens but acceptance fails: make sure you are signed in with the email that was invited.
