Member Guide

Learn how to join an agency as a team member, switch workspace modes, and use permissions correctly.

Agencies let you work with your team from one workspace in FBuddy.

This page is for members of an existing agency.

Accessing an Agency

  1. Open Dashboard > Agencies.
  2. Open your agency card.
  3. In the agency overview, click Set Active so agency actions apply to the selected team workspace.
  4. Use Use Personal when you want to return to your personal workspace.

You can open key pages from the cards on the agency overview.

  • Members: team roster
  • Restricted Words: shared moderation terms for direct messages
  • Invitations, Agency Fansly Accounts, and Message Statistics: owners/admins only

Joining and staying connected

  1. Accept the invitation from the email you received.
  2. Sign in with the invited FBuddy account.
  3. If you are already signed in, FBuddy opens the agency and tries to set it active.
  4. If you do not land on the agency page:
    • open Agencies,
    • open your agency card,
    • then click Set Active.
    • refresh the page if needed.

If the agency does not appear, confirm that you accepted the invitation with the same email account and refresh the page.

What you can do as a member

  • Use Set Active to switch your workspace context to the agency.
  • Open Members to view the team roster, your role badge, and your teammate list.
  • Open Restricted Words to review the shared moderation list.
  • Leave an agency you no longer want to be part of with Leave Agency (visible when you are not an admin).

What members will not see:

  • Invite Member and role updates (owners/admins only).
  • Fansly account activation controls and slot management (owners/admins only).
  • Full member email visibility in the roster (owners/admins only).
  • Message Statistics settings and pages (owners/admins only).

Member role behavior

  • Member
    • Can review team members and the restricted words list.
    • Can leave the agency.
    • Cannot invite, remove, or re-role teammates.
    • Can review (but not edit) restricted words and cannot activate agency accounts.
  • Admin
    • Can invite members and manage existing members.
    • Can manage invitations, account activation controls, and restricted words.
    • Can view and configure agency message statistics.
  • Owner
    • Can perform all admin actions.
    • Can remove the agency when needed.

Agency account behavior you may notice

When you are using an active agency:

  1. Shared Fansly accounts can be listed as Active or Inactive in agency account views.
  2. Accounts marked Inactive are not usable through agency actions until an owner/admin activates them.

If you get blocked on an account:

  • confirm agency context is active,
  • confirm the account is active in Agency Fansly Accounts,
  • ask an admin/owner to activate it or free a slot if the max is reached.

Troubleshooting

  • I do not see my role or invitations area: your account may be a regular member, not an admin.
  • I can open the agency but not some actions: those actions are intentionally role-restricted.
  • I still see personal workspace after opening an agency: open the agency from Dashboard > Agencies and click Set Active again, then refresh if needed.
